Stay with us at this ocean view apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It shares an oceanside porch area with the other 3 units.

This property is literally on the beach. It has views of the ocean from the front porch and main bedroom. If you are looking for a place close to the beach you cannot find a better place.

This residence is part of a 4 unit building. All 4 residences are owned by us and are vacation rentals. You will have your own private entrance and the residence is on the bottom (1st) floor with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building. There are 5 private parking spaces on the property that are shared with the other 3 units and are first come, first served.

2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own TV.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.
