We loved our stay here and really enjoyed the property.It has everything you could possibly want. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. This house and the location was excellent! Couldn’t have ask for a better vacation getaway. The host made sure all our needs were met and the pool and bonus room was a huge plus. House is set up perfectly for any situation when you want to enjoy spending time at the beach.

Amazing property!! Perfect for family to attend our family wedding!! The interior was well appointed with everything we could need for a great long weekend at the beach. Greg and Meghan were extremely responsive and attentive with any questions we had!! We would highly recommend this location for proximity to the beach and comforts of home!!

Family Vacation

Ideal location and set up. The house was perfect for our 2 families with young children. Everyone had their own space... we loved the pool, the game room and the large deck! The walk to the beach was short and we appreciated all of the beach toys, wagon, chairs and umbrella! Incredibly convenient location for everything, from groceries to delivery, enjoying the beach and nice walks around the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for a relaxing beach vacation

The location is perfect. Close to the beach, biking and hiking trails, and tons of great restaurants. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and well maintained. The pillow top mattresses were a little soft for our taste but the neighborhood is super quiet so there was no problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the big ice spheres made by the freezer. There was a problem with the pool heater during our stay but we were compensated with a partial refund. Overall it was a great stay.

Girls weekend retreat

We had ten women meeting up from all over for the weekend. The house was amazing and we really enjoyed the pool and well stocked house. Fun garage games also with pool and beach toys. Furnished very coastal and well maintained. Quick walk to the gorgeous beach to enjoy the sunrise. Great location. Very pleased and would definitely repeat.

House Needs deep cleaning

Location was great but the house was dirty. Mats in kitchen and bathrooms were worn out and dirty. All furniture was heavily soiled and stained. Bedsheets, towels and wash cloths were stained and dingy. Pool had several dead worms on the bottom and appeared to have not been cleaned before our stay. Dishes pots and pans were old and worn. Needless to say I’m very surprised to see the other reviews saying how clean the house was. That was certainly not my experience.

Pool is not heated

Great location, great fenced back yard so didn’t have to worry about the puppy while sitting around the pool, great house. Advertised as heated pool but it is not. Lee answered the phone 2 times. Did not answer the third time so I left a message. Did not call us back. Did not respond to text message or email. Said he will send the pool guy and that’s the last we spoke. Makes me wonder if the pool is actually intended to be heated. Had a great vacation but paid extra for a home with a heated pool which if it would have been would have had a top vacation.

Location, Location, Location

So fun staying at Amelia’s Breeze. We loved the game room not to mention the easy quick access to wherever we went. The beach access really is a 2 minute walk. So easy and quick to get to Ft. Clinch and the downtown with all the cute shops and great restaurants. Would highly recommend.
