****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The Sea Dunes complex is scheduled to undergo mandatory exterior renovations beginning February 9, 2026, with work expected to last approximately 8 months (weather permitting; delays are possible). This project will impact the entire building and includes jackhammering, waterproofing, and ongoing exterior construction work. The loudest and most disruptive noise is expected during the early phase of the project, primarily through the end of February, when major demolition will occur. Following the demolition phase, the exact scope, timing, and level of disruption from remaining construction activities are not yet fully known. Guests should continue to expect some daytime construction noise, dust, workers and equipment on site, changing conditions, and the possibility of temporary access restrictions to certain areas or floors. In addition, east (ocean-side) exterior painting is currently scheduled from February 9 through June 19, weather permitting. When units are being painted, there may be no balcony access and outdoor furniture may be moved inside. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions may be disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the uncertainty and risk associated with booking during an active construction period. If disruption experienced during a stay is significantly greater than reasonably anticipated, any additional consideration will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Sea Dunes Villa is stylishly furnished, offers magnificent oceanfront views from the double balconies, and has been beautifully remodeled throughout! This fifth floor end unit is truly the perfect seaside getaway!

Upon entry you will immediately notice the breathtaking ocean views and the fabulous open floor plan of the living and dining spaces. Custom tongue and groove ceilings adorn this amazing great room as well as all of the bedrooms. The living area features two comfy sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), a flat screen Smart TV and again, spectacular ocean views. Windows line the walls of this room and natural light pours in from every direction. Bask in the warmth of the sunlight as you put together a puzzle, enjoy a family board game, or catch up on your favorite shows! The adjacent dining area offers a glass table with seating for 6.

Through the sliders and onto the terrace, you will find the most magnificent views the island has to offer. A polywood table with seating for 6 creates the perfect space to dine al fresco while you enjoy the warm ocean breeze. Grab and book and a glass of wine and head for one of the two tall chairs at the end of the patio overlooking the vast beach and ocean!

Walking back inside, the luxury kitchen is a chef's dream! Stunning quartz countertops, beautiful white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances are all featured in this spacious kitchen. Fully equipped for all your needs, this kitchen is great for preparing meals and beach snacks! There is a laundry area just off the kitchen with full-size washer and dryer for your convenience!

Down the hall, the master bedroom boasts a king bed, a flat screen TV, an oversized chair and access to the covered balcony with a bistro table and two chairs. Sip your morning coffee and enjoy the stunning sunrise from this shaded spot! The connected master bathroom features double sinks, quartz countertops and a tiled walk in shower.

The second bedroom is home to a queen bed and has an attached bathroom with a tiled walk in shower and quartz topped vanity. The lucky occupant of this room will also appreciate having access to the covered balcony. The adorable third bedroom has two twin beds and a special window seat/reading nook! It has has its own bath with a combination bathtub/shower and a quartz topped vanity.

You'll surely enjoy the huge Sea Dunes pool area for sun bathing and swimming! This sunny getaway is directly oceanfront and only steps from the beautiful beach. While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Amelia Island Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine or a meal, rent bikes to ride through the resort's scenic trails, take a stroll down to the shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course, or rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon. This condo also includes access to double tennis/pickle ball courts just across the street.
