Cette maison de ville Ă  deux chambres, ïżœïżœ deux ïżœïżœtages, possĂšde un abri couvert. Lorsque vous arrivez dans la porte d'entrĂ©e, un escalier vous amĂšnera au salon, Ă  la salle Ă  manger et Ă  la cuisine. Les portes et fenĂȘtres en verre dans le salon vous offrent une vue sur l'ocĂ©an et l'accĂšs au pont. Beaucoup d'espace cabinet dans cette cuisine. DĂźner pour 6 personnes dans la grande table en bois naturel. Un deuxiĂšme vol d'escalier vous amĂšnera Ă  la chambre principale, la deuxiĂšme chambre et 2 salles de bains. La chambre des maĂźtres dispose d'un lit king, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, d'un bain privĂ© avec une nouvelle douche Ă  l'italienne et d'un accĂšs Ă  une terrasse privĂ©e. La deuxiĂšme chambre dispose de lits queen. Le deuxiïżœïżœme bain est hors du couloir sur ce niveau. Note: Ajout d'un demi-bain hors du niveau principal.

Il y a un petit cÎté de la rue, une piscine dans le complexe. Les grillades au gaz et au charbon sont interdites sur le balcon ou la terrasse

Thoughtful owners

We really enjoyed our stay!!! The location was great (walk down a bridge and onto the beach), the property was clean and had everything we could possibly need to make our stay a comfortable one. The owners were thoughtful in providing everything, even down to salt and pepper! My only complaint were the neighbors slamming their door (not the owners fault) and the lack of a back door lock (but you could go around if needed.) I was also shocked at the amount of shells on the beach but a short walk down the beach lead to soft sand. We really enjoyed our week and hope to be back again!

Nice updated home!

We love the townhomes on the Sandpiper Cove loop! We've stayed at another one in the loop before and this specific home was new to us. The updated/renovated kitchen is beautiful. The updated bathrooms and amenities were stunning. I really appreciated the new half bath on the kitchen level. The other home in the Cove we stayed at didn't have that addition. We loved all the space! The kids enjoyed having their own beds in their room and we loved the easy walk right to the beach. Some cons and suggestions I'd make: A Smart TV inside the guest bedroom. Makes it easier for kids to watch TV in a separate room from parents. The King/Master mattress is terrible. We're active and in our late 30s/early 40s and it killed our backs! If you have back issues, you will not want to sleep on this bed. It was lumpy and very sunken in. This needs updated ASAP, in our opinion (and others according to reviews!). We also found it annoying that the back sliding glass door that led to the beach didn't have a lock with key. In order to lock up the home for beach time, we had to go out the front entry door by the car/carport area, which was doable, but just an annoyance when the back deck was the spot where we kept all our beach items and where the water hose was to wash off sand before entry. The last suggestion I'd make is more toiletries available like tissue boxes in each bathroom, kitchen size trash bags, and laundry detergent. At least 1 more large kitchen size trash bag is helpful. We would love to stay back at this home, but only if the Master mattress is updated. ;) Thanks for a fun Family Fall Break!

Family Vacation

Wonderful stay just steps to the beach. We really enjoyed this townhouse be aware that it does have a lot of steps it has 3 levels it was not a problem for us but for others it might be. Also it is located next to the public area that the cars drive on it was kind of entertaining but just be aware that it is close to public beach. At check in we received the wrong keys it was a little difficult to contact the rental company had to wait for a little bit for agent. Overall was a great vacation and a wonderful townhouse loved seeing the turtles and wildlife.

Great Stay

My family and I so enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy. Communication with the rental company was great and the property was very nice, just as pictured. We especially loved the location and proximity to horseback riding opportunities on the beach. We also appreciated the privacy provided by the dunes. Not until we would get to the end of the walkways to the beach, did we realize how many vehicles were parked by people who were enjoying the beach. We also enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the dunes while using the walkways with the posted info signs. We were able to spot tortoises, rabbits and not my favorite, a snake. The views and breezes were awesome and we are so happy that we chose this place for our vacation.

Great home, great management.

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. Talk about peace and quiet. My husband joked that there must have been a zombie apocalypse because we literally saw no one for the couple of days! The ocean view was amazing, the beach felt private, and the townhouse was close to any store we needed. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. Looked just like the pictures. We are definitely visiting again.

GA/FL Weekend

I got this last minute because the condo I booked four months in advance canceled on me three days before check-in. The condo and pictures are exactly as described. It is beautifully decorated, and the ocean views are stunning, especially at sunrise. The only problem with the balconies is the rain- the master bedroom balcony is not covered, and the one downstairs is still susceptible to rain. The condo is in an excellent location for restaurants, groceries, and shopping. Of course, the beach is only steps away. My only complaint is no blinds or curtains in the kitchen. Probably not a problem for most people, but I don't particularly like feeling like someone is or could be watching me. Be aware there are several sets of stairs. They didn't bother us, but it may be daunting for you if you are not fond or capable of climbing stairs well. Overall, a great stay!

Fabulous!!

Great stay!! We Love this place!! The only Downside about location was car access to beach was directly in front of condos. From the condo you couldn’t see the cars. When at the beach you could walk 30 feet and be away from driving area. Good side- horseback riding started and ended here so we saw horses!

Beautiful condo. Very nice location. Loved that the main floor steps out to walkway to beach. I got the exact amount of beach rejuvenation that I needed thanks to this place ! Will definitely use again .

Great Escape

It was a beautiful townhouse right on the beach. It is very quiet and relaxing. There are some really good restaurants in the downtown area. The beach feels private and everyone was friendly. You might see a turtle or two or a lizard or two outside. You should definitely bring some hand soap extra paper towel in toilet paper if you can. Enjoy your trip we sure did.

Beautiful Condo on the beach

We felt very welcomed at the condo. It had everything we could have needed. Beautiful views of the ocean and you could hear the ocean waves at night. Short drive to the downtown area. Highly recommend visiting. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

The unit was nice and clean but just the bare minimum in our opinion

As a fellow owner of a VRBO unit, we really thought this had the bare minimum - there was one frying pan that was very old, which made it difficult to make both bacon and eggs at the same time. There was also no pool or beach towels. Maybe this is normal for the area (since I saw other units advertised that they didn’t even supply linens! This one did have nice linens and shower towels.) but not sure what we were supposed to dry off with at the pool so make sure to bring your own beach towels. The pressure in the master shower was also strong enough to take your skin off with no way to regulate it. For the positives though, the beach access was great and the unit was fine considering how little of time we really spent there. The AC / ceiling fans worked great and kept in plenty cool. Also great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.
