The balcony is fabulous for breath-taking sunrises and late night star-gazing. The open floor plan boasts a cozy living area with flat screen smart TV that comfortably sits six guests. You can enjoy the sweet melody of the waves crashing even from the comforts of the indoors. Easy access to the private pool and beach boardwalk. Plenty of room to stash beach chairs and toys for the perfect beach vacation. This section of beach is particularly special as all the nearby accesses are private thus keeping crowds to a minimum even in the most popular beach seasons.

You’ll want to grab your first cup of coffee and relax on the balcony to enjoy mother nature’s heavenly paint brush of sunrise colors before you get too engrossed in your culinary endeavors though. Enjoy the dunes and beach serenity from the dining area through the expansive windows. There’s something special about watching schools of dolphins surf the waves while you pour coffee or uncork a bottle of wine.

Both king bedrooms are off the main entry hallway and boast large windows and resort memory foam beds and linens. The northernmost suite includes an expansive transom window with a view up the beach towards Fort Clinch and the inlet at Cumberland Island.

We also offer a travel crib and gate for you little one and a lush fold out padded mattress!

OUTDOORS:

The pristine beaches and turquoise waters of Amelia Island are quite literally right outside your back door (and figurative side door). Mere steps to the building’s private beach access via boardwalk complete with rinse stations and room to store chairs and toys make the beach logistics a breeze (pun intended). The resort pool is equally convenient and a great place for some peaceful sunshine without the sand. 4 minute drive to the fun and historical downtown of Fernandina Beach and all of its diverse food and beverage offerings. 1 minute drive to the wildly unique 1,400 acre Fort Clinch State Park including all of it’s maritime trails, wildlife, and historical experiences.
