The living space features a comfortable upholstered sofa and loveseat along with a flat screen smart TV. Slider glass doors allow access to the private covered patio and provide a view of the manicured grounds and the community pool as well.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all guests will need to prepare meals in or beach snacks to go! And the adjacent dining area provides seating for six at the oval wooden table. A full-sized washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the kitchen.

The oceanfront master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a flat screen smart TV. The master bathroom features a spacious vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

The sunny second bedroom is furnished with two full sized beds and a flat screen smart TV and attached full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination.

Aside from its close proximity to the beach, Amelia Surf and Racquet has two fabulous pools, four Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts, and an outdoor grill/picnic area. Whether you're relaxing on the beach, taking a refreshing swim in the pool, playing a match or two on the courts, or enjoying coffee on the patio, this villa will surely delight!

We had a short but amazing stay at this condo. It was clean and appeared in person just as it did in the photos. The property manager was very nice and helpful. Hands down, it was the best customer service we have had with a property management company when booking a vacation rental. We loved being on the first floor and being able to walk directly out to the pool. It was also a short 2 minute walk to the beach. They provided all of the starter essentials we needed. The only thing I wish they would have had was a Keurig coffee maker. They did have a regular coffee maker so it worked out. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. We went to the Sandbar, Salty Pelican and The Back Porch Southern Eats restaurants. All of them were great! We went for a walk every morning and just had to cross the street to get to the sidewalk. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Visit to AI

This condo checked all the boxes when we booked it and I am pleased to say it exceeded our expectations in every way possible during our stay. Great unit, clean, functional and we loved how close it was to the pool and the board walk to the beach. The management company was fantastic. Just the right amount of communication and if there was a need to contact them, they were very responsive. My wife and I are already discussing coming back next year.

Great Property

We visit AI multiple times a year, and this was our first time staying at the condo. It’s located right at the pool which makes it so much easier when traveling with a little one! We enjoyed our stay and the host even called to check in Saturday just to make sure everything was good! We will certainly be back and I highly recommend Amelia Island Getaways!

Fantastic Spot

This corner ground floor unit was great,..easy access to ocean and pool. Kids in pool a bit noisy but that happens everywhere. Some beach chairs, and umbrellas would be nice. I would recommend this rental.
