Summary:

Feel home at Ponte Vedra Beach! This beautiful beach home has been recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Minutes away from restaurants, stores, the ocean and TPC Sawgrass! A clean and updated home that features Smart TV, WIFI and fully stocked kitchen. Patio, Outdoor furniture and fire pit, Fenced Backyard providing you privacy.



The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. Minutes from TPC Sawgrass, coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes beach towels, smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi!

The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Anejo, Nona Blue, and best brunch spots.

There is a patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the Florida weather! If you are bringing your fur buddy, you get to enjoy a fully fenced back yard.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.

Primary Bedroom: King size bed with smart TV and a private bathroom

2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed

3rd Bedroom: Queen sized bed and a Twin Bed

Comfortable couches and an air mattress, so you can comfortably sleep 8 people!

Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo.

We found Ponte Vedra to be very crowded at this time. The host was very nice and responsive. The house was clean, but house and lawn could use some TLC. The neighborhood was somewhat disappointing. Dog walkers didn’t pick up poop or their trash that blew out of the containers. We left early.

The house was nicely decorated, clean and had nice, up-to-date bathrooms. The kitchen was large, which was good since I/we were cooking a few dishes to take to a Thanksgiving dinner nearby. The beds were comfortable, too. We had two small dogs with us. There was a fenced-in back yard for them but I must say it had a lot of dirt around the fire pit which was brought into the house. My only warning/complaint was that the house clearly had a cat or cats that lived there at one time, and my son, who stayed with us two nights, suffered from his allergy to them. Otherwise, I would recommend this property for its comfort and location.

This is a beautifully renovated house. The master shower is amazing. There were lovely bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner and both baths. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard and a nice neighborhood to walk in. Ample cookware and dishes. The tv had YouTube tv so you could get local news and many other channels. It is close to the beach and stores and the information book gives you lots of suggestions on restaurants etc. the beds were very comfortable.

Adorable bungalow close to beach

Stayed 6 nights while in town for my daughter’s wedding and needed a place that would allow my 2 dogs. House was clean and spacious. Fenced yard in a convenient location. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home right in the middle of everything!

Wonderful property with so much room, even though I was alone with my dog this trip. A perfect place for us. Great fenced in back yard and screened porch. Would love to get to stay a week and check out all the things Ponte Vedra. The host left a detailed book with all area info and house info, which I love as a guest!!

We were in town for a charity golf tournament. Location was perfect for TPC Sawgrass. We normally stay in a hotel, but have a new puppy that we needed to bring along. The fenced in yard was perfect. The inside of the home was nice and clean. The communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely booked this home again in the future.

Incredible all around!

I could say so many good things. The house was fantastic. It was clean and comfy with all our family needed. The location was perfect, close to shopping, main thoroughfare and the beaches. The neighborhood was great. Owners were always available if anything was needed. I could go on and on. Easiest 5 star review I posted. You should stay and see!
