Its southeast location allows in sunlight to fill 1 to 2 windows in each room from sunup to sundown (as opposed to north or middle units) from 1 to 2 windows in each room and lots of cross breezes and sounds of the pounding ocean.

Use our binoculars to watch for turtles, submarines which depart from the north end of the island, dolphins, whales (Right Whales), surfers, kite boarders and more. Rest on comfy teak cushioned steamer chaise lounges, lay back and watch the stars as you listen to the sea. There are bistro tables for morning coffee, reading, or to enjoy the sunrises. A large umbrella is available for those who prefer afternoon shade. An outdoor dining table for 4 lies at the edge of the deck, perfect for candle or moon lit dinners. You will have a hard time finding a reason to leave this “room”.

-The furnished Harbor Side deck is perfect with acacia wood tropical seating for 5 for sunset cocktails.

-The open concept Kitchen in this newly remodeled condo with Brazilian hardwood natural cherry floors throughout is complete with a stunning 'Ocean” countertop created by a local artist made with epoxy resin “waves”. For preparing locally caught fresh fish, baking and preparing sunset cocktails, the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cookbooks and cocktail glassware supplies are plentiful and at your disposal. The 2 couches are large and comfy enough for nice afternoon naps for everyone. Smart TV, DVD player, library of DVD's, CD's, and books, games, and puzzles for rainy days.

There is a new Tommy Bahama king bed with West Indies Décor, flat screen TV, DVD player, luggage rack, and an office area set up with printer, scanner, and free landline.
