The house is a great set-up. It has a nice, serviceable kitchen and open living space, nice bedrooms and a great fenced in yard for a little stress-free running around. It's in a great location, nice neighborhood and very close to the beach. We try to stay here every time we come through the area.

Blue Breeze beach memories

The Blue Breeze house was perfect for our family vacation with grown kids. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out but convene together in the main living area with plenty of seating around the table and counter. The location is ideal for easy walkable beach access, walking to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The outdoor shower was convenient and we enjoyed sitting in the garden area. The Blue Breeze made our vacation a breeze!

Great location, great house

This is our third summer week in Jacksonville beach and our best yet. The house was roomy, clean and comfortable while Karen, the owner, was friendly and quick to respond to texts. The location was great: two short blocks from a wonderful beach while the immediate neighborhood included a Publix, a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods which made cooking and assembling great food easy. Also nearby is a Target store for everything else. We will return next year!

A wonderful property just a short stroll from the beach. The home had everything you could/want need for your stay. We liked it so much we extended our one week for an extra three days. The owner/manager could not have been more accommodating. We'll definitely stay again the next time were in Jax Beach.

Perfect House!

We stayed for Easter weekend with another couple and our grown children and the house was perfect for us! It’s roomy and comfortable. Having another bedroom with its own bath was a plus. Also the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Just a two block walk over to the beach too.

Perfect Vacation Home

This is a perfect home for a group of 8. Lots of space, seating and dining. It’s well equipped too. Short walk to the beach and lots of beach chairs and toys. You won’t regret your decision if you rent this home!

This house was the perfect layout for our family, plenty of space, privacy for each couple, a great dining room table for Christmas dinner & games, fenced in yard for a dog. Very clean, We’ll stocked & setup. We loved that the light switches were labeled! I’d love to return.

Perfect for us.

Loved this house and its location. As with all open floor plans, if more than a few people utilize the common areas (living room, kitchen, dining room), noise will be a factor to consider. For us, three adults, it was perfect.

Wonderful week at the Blue Breeze

Our family (including our little 25 lb. dog) was thrilled to stay at the Blue Breeze home for our spring break vacation this year. We loved the house. It was very beautiful, just like the pictures. Everything was easy... with all that you need to cook in the kitchen and stocked with paper products, hand soap and Tommy Bahama beach chairs. What a great location too! Only a few minute walk to the beach and, in the opposite direction, a few minute walk to Another Broken Egg for breakfast or groceries at Whole Foods! Karen was an excellent host. We will definitely rent this house again!!!

Sunny Days at Jax Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Breeze House. The pictures were accurate, the house was clean, and bright and cheerfully furnished. The property manager, Karen, was easy to connect with, welcoming and responsive. 5 min walking distance to the beach, several good restaurant options and a Whole Foods grocery. Loved it, and we'd stay there again.

The home was great and had all the amenities you need. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. The owner was great with any questions we had. You will love this place! Beautiful house in peaceful neighborhood

What a wonderful house! Very clean, beautifully decorated and wonderful back yard. This house is in the perfect location if you are looking for peace and quiet. Super quiet neighborhood that is close to several restaurants, grocery stores and fun things to do. It’s only steps from a quiet beach and just over the Ponte Vedra Beach line. Absolutely loved this house. We would rent it again.

Perfect Family Getaway Home

Our stay was fantastic! The house had everything that we needed. Many extra items that rental homes do not have such as extra toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. The house also had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and beach items such as boogie boards. The fenced in backyard was a god send for our dogs. It was perfect. We also enjoyed sitting the chairs backyard around the firepit toasting marshmallows, making smores and visiting with one another. The only challenge with this property is the stairs. If you have someone who struggles with stairs, this isn't the place for you. For us, it was no problem and perfect for our stay. We had such a great time that we opted to stay an extra night. The property manager was friendly, helpful, professional and extremely responsive. When we come back to Jax Beach, we will definitely see if this property is available again. We also will highly recommend it to others.

This house was everything we needed and more. With a group of 10, we had the room to hang out and spread out if necessary. The dining table was perfect for “family dinner” and the walk to the beach was effortless!

Great location in a very well decorated and comfortable house!

We have been to the Jax Beach area multiple times for our spring break trip as the area is convenient, away from crowds with plenty of restaurants and shopping. This is the first time we had rented a house in the area. This house was perfect for our extended family of 8, including two younger than 5. Two bedrooms and a bath on the ground floor and two bedrooms and two baths on the top floor and a spacious living area on the second floor. Everything was very comfortable, clean and well designed. The beaches were about 200 yards away and a boardwalk over the dunes was at the end of the street for easy access. The house had a balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floors with seating that allowed for a great place to relax. The fenced-in back yard was another great place we would gather at the end of the day with seating, fire pit and hammock all under the Palm trees. Karen, the owner, was very helpful and informative on each step of the process and was able to help us move the date when our original plans landed in the middle of the virus shutdown. Overall, our family rated this house as one of our favorites we have rented and definitely on our radar for our next trip to Jax Beach.

We had an awesome time during our stay at the blue breeze house. The house was very clean and had more than enough room for our group of 10. The beach was only a few minute walk from the house and only a few minute drive to the boardwalk and all the shops. This house had everything we needed and the property owner was always available and more than accommodating! The master bedroom was VERY comfortable and made us never want to leave. This was the absolute BEST vacation home we have ever stayed in and will definitely be going back!
