Belle villa Sea Dunes au premier Ă©tage situĂ©e Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud de l'Ăźle d'Amelia. Cette villa est idĂ©alement situĂ©e - Ă  quelques pas de la promenade et de la plage. Il suffit de sortir de l’arriĂšre de votre patio pour aller Ă  la mer!

La villa a été soigneusement meublée et décorée pour offrir à ses hÎtes le mélange ultime de style et de confort. Profitez de la vue sur l'océan depuis le salon principal et la chambre principale.

Cette villa a vraiment tout le paquet, à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur! L'unité a été soigneusement approvisionnée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour merveilleux, y compris des chaises de plage et des serviettes de plage. Ideal Oceanfront Respite

My husband and I spent 3 days enjoying this perfectly appointed condo and were pleased to have no surprises! Everything was represented correctly and instructions were clear and easy. We traveled with our dog so we loved the ground floor location with the beautiful lawn, beach, and convenient walking trails. The unit is decorated attractively and supplied with everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your time there. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful

This condo is totally gorgeous, very well appointed and decorated, and it’s in really great shape. It does not feel either like a rental or one that takes dogs. The Omni Amelia Island plantation is a great family friendly location yet also near lots of stuff. The beach is pristine and uncrowded. Small but fun aside: the pool is larger and much more fun than the other buildings which was great for kids. Destination Amelia rentals is easy and super responsive, if needed. You cannot go wrong staying here. My family of 3 (includes a 7 year old boy) had a very hard time leaving and look forward to many returns!

Father’s Day

We have 3 sons, ages 22, 20 and 15. We enjoyed this unit very much as there was always something to do and great food all around without a hassle. We have stayed here twice and look forward to returning.

Fabulous Trip

The unit has the cutest decor ever! It was spotless. It has a partial view of the ocean and is just a short walk to the beach. We loved the walking trails. Location is gorgeous with large trees and Spanish moss. Amazing restaurants. It rained every day and we didn’t even care because the condo was so wonderful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

This property was very clean it updated. Had everything we needed, and then some. Would recommend.

Ground floor, which was great with the dogs and older people! This unit is steps to the beach and pool. Very clean and had everything we needed and more! Felt comfortable and safe. Grounds were very well kept. Make sure to ask about the shuttle and gate code to the pool that you will need. Hard to find good restaurants at the resort. Don’t even try to use your GPS. It will lead you all over the place. Take the shuttle as parking is very limited at the resort. The restaurants on the resort were over priced the food was mediocre at best. Found much better food off the resort at local places. Would defiantly recommend this property. Make sure you bring a flashlight for walking after dark.

Amazing!

Beautiful location! Wonderful memories spending Thanksgiving with my family - kitchen was amazing to cook in. And walk out to path along beach was only steps away. Wonderful sunrise! Quiet condo!

Beach Time st Amelia

Great week at beach and pool with my husband and pup and family with grandbaby. Condo on ground floor is great with dogs. There are walking paths along ocean and all thru the Omni property. Cleanliness of condo is the the best I’ve seen in a long time. Nice furnishings and quiet building w a prime location. Recommend highly.

This place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is beautiful and the condo was spotless. We had everything we needed. It's away from any hustle and bustle of a business district but close enough to go out to eat, shop, etc. whenever you feel like it. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo, immaculately clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beach is wide and sparsely populated, so at times you have it almost all to yourself! Thank you for all the attention to detail!

Best Getaway Ever!

Had a marvelous time staying here on Amelia Island! The condo was exquisitely decorated and very clean. It was so relaxing to walk on the beach and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere all around us. I am so looking forward to renting again. The whole experience from renting to staying and checking out was pleasant and I would recommend this lovely condo to anyone!

My husband and I travel to Amelia yearly with our young sons. This is the first time in this particular condo. By far the most tastefully appointed with extra comfortable (Tempurpedic) beds! Beautiful & Nicely Renovated Beachfront Condo

We really enjoyed our recent trip to Amelia Island and look forward to coming back. This was our son’s 1st family vacation so we have such great memories and he had fun too. The condo was in such a great location in a gated plantation too. One of the surprises to us was how close the condo was to the beach which we couldn’t completely tell from the pictures. Everything was very clean, quiet, and the kitchen made cooking in really easy. The Property Manager made everything from booking to arrival easy and was very responsive about our questions. We really enjoyed the beach and shaded walking paths too. The pool looked nice but we ran out of time.

Nice getaway with fur-babies.

The Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Although you don't have a view of the beach from this unit, the beach is very close as is the pool.
