-- OCCUPANCY & UNREGISTERED GUESTS: All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Unregistered and unapproved guests are strictly prohibited on the property at all times. No sub-leasing.

-- EVENTS & GATHERINGS: All events, gatherings, or visitor counts exceeding the registered guest limit must be disclosed and approved by the host in advance. Depending on the event type and total headcount, additional setup, sanitization, or event fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are strictly prohibited.

-- QUIET HOURS: City ordinance quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
