During your stay at Home A Wave, you will have 100% full access to the entire houseboat. This means you can make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities and spaces available.
Getting Around:
Getting around from Home A Wave is a breeze. The property is easily accessible via Highway 17, with public buses servicing the area regularly. Ride-sharing options like Uber and Lyft are also available. For local attractions, consider walking or renting a bicycle. For further exploration, car rentals or taxis are a good choice. Boat rentals are also available for waterway adventures.

â¶We are happy to accommodate small dogs under 20 lbs. This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, weâll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine.
ⶠNO SMOKING: This apartment is strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee.
ⶠQUIET HOURS: No disruptive parties or events, regardless of size, are allowed. Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise down after 11 PM.
ⶠNO FURNITURE MOVING: Please do not move any furniture in the apartment. A $250 penalty will apply for any violation of this rule.
ⶠWe are happy to accommodate small pets at our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will request the pet fee payment manually.
ⶠTRASH: Please dispose of your trash responsibly.
ⶠBATHROOM USE: Please do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Use the provided bins instead. Flushing these items could clog the septic system and result in damage charges.
ⶠWINDOWS AND DOORS: Please keep all windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. If they're left open while the AC is on, you could be charged up to $500. For your comfort, keep the AC between 72-83°F.
ⶠOUTDOOR ITEM USE: When using the grill or any covered areas, make sure to store covers properly to avoid them being carried away by the wind. You will be charged for any missing covers. Similarly, please close and tie the umbrella when not in use to prevent any wind-related damage. Keep in mind, it can get quite windy at times.
