The house was great, the location just as good. All in all a great pick if looking to stay in JAX Beach. The neighborhood is quiet with relatively no traffic. It's a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was clean and nicely decorated in beach decor. The home owner was fantastic at communication. I'm sure we'll stay at this property again.

This house is adorable, very comfortable, and in a great part of Jax speech! The owners are great to work with and respond quickly to any messages. I will be keeping this house in my favorites list; I eagerly await my next getaway for rest and relaxation at this home!

5 Star - Amazing!

We had a wonderful time during our 6 night stay! Just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants made our stay so convenient! Leslie is a fantastic host who is very responsive! The beds were super comfy and the pool was perfect! The kitchen has everything you could need and the shed out back has everything you could need for the beach and the pool! Loved it!

Amazing Beach House

Our family had a wonderful time at Leslie and Joe's beach house! Our family especially enjoyed the pool and backyard space. We had 6 people but the home could easily accommodate 8. The photos and description matched perfectly. We really appreciated all of the extras things the home included such as towels, pool floats and beach equipment. While this house isn't on the beach it is close and we were able to walk there in about 12 mins. This wasn't an issue for us because we asked Leslie about the location prior to booking. The beach is about a 2 minute car ride away and we easily found free parking and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The house was extremely clean and truly felt like a home away from home. Leslie and Joe really thought about everything and there wasn't a single thing that we needed that the home didn't provide. For our family, this home was a 10 out of 10. Leslie was super quick to communicate as well if we had an issue or question. We would recommend this home to our family and friends and we are already planning our next stay. Thank you Leslie and Joe for a phenomenal vacation!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This house is fully equipped with everything you need for beach, pool and yard games. Communication was great. Decor is amazing for aBeach house. It’s adorable. Check out easy. Definitely will be back again. My family had aFantastic time.

Quick Family gathering

Great place to stay for a quick, last minute family gathering. We came in from all around to join a family gathering at in-town relatives' house. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but great access to the beach and local places.

Excellent New Year's!

Our family stayed here for the week of New Year's. It was perfect! It is close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and we loved hanging out in the backyard. The home looks exactly like the pictures; so cute and beachy! The host was very good with communication. We will definitely be back!

Our new go-to place!

Everything was fantastic. We loved that we were able to bring our 2 pups and feel very secure with the awesome fully fenced in yard. The house was clean and cozy, and the backyard with pool and hot tub was the perfect place to relax. We will definitely be staying here anytime we come back to Jax!

Beautiful home!

We were displaced from our original booking due to the hurricane and we booked this home the night before. (One of the few that allowed that) it was lovely and fit all our needs. Although we took most of everything we needed they had wonderful extras around the home that you don’t normally see. Enough towels for an army! Lots of kitchen supplies as well. Beautiful backyard, pool hot tub and fire pit! Amazing host that touched base with you just enough to make sure you had what you needed. Loved our stay!

Family Trip

Our family had a wonderful stay and we would recommend this house to anyone. It is even cuter than the photos show. The house was very clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. The pool, hot tub and backyard were great for hanging out in with plenty of seating and a large, covered porch for when it rained. The owners provide lots of great pool and beach floats, boogie boards, and even beach toys for children. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was well furnished for guests. I highly recommend this house.

Family time

Our granddaughter was graduating nursing school at Jacksonville University and we thought to make it a little family get away and this home could not have been better. Beautiful beach vibe spacious clean and near everything. Just perfect and host could not have made us more comfortable. Great place great time!

Best Rental - Even Better in Person

I don't even know where to start, as this was the best rental we've ever stayed in. Leslie is a wonderful communicator and an excellent host. Their house was perfect for our family and is filled with beautiful beach decorations and paintings. All of the necessities were provided and the backyard Oasis is a getaway of its own. We can't wait to return!

Ok so Leslie was very easy to work with. There were some hiccups during our stay but she tried to fix them. The property is not in walking distance to the beach, plan on driving or taking a bike. The neighborhood is quiet. Things are close but not enough to walk, we drove our car or rode our bikes. The bikes at the property are horrible plan on bringing your own. They are very old and rusted. The pool was great, unfortunately the hot tub remote broke but we just texted Leslie and she would turn it on. I did not like that the coldest you can set the house to is 72 degrees it won’t get any colder than that, she has it locked. There were a lot of beach towels and the chairs were in good condition. There was a lot of mayonnaise stuff like that that people left which I didn’t like because it took up space in the fridge, I don’t want to use random open food other people used but that’s just me. The house was very clean and very cute but we did find a few dead roaches but they said the bad weather was to blame. It was a nice stay but I don’t think we would come back to this property again.

Excellent place to stay

The house looks just like the pictures. Leslie was so easy to deal with and quick to respond with any questions I had. There was plenty of room for a family of seven and we didn't feel like we were over crowded. There is plenty of room in the kitchen for numerous people to be in there at the same time. The kids loved swimming in the pool everyday and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The house was stocked with everything you would need. All you need to bring is your clothes and toothbrush. There were PLENTY of beach towels and bath towels, so future tenants do not need to bring any towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. There were so many things to do close to the house and only a few blocks from the beach. There were a lot of beach toys and games. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stay at this house again. We had a fantastic time!

fabulous vacation rental/exceeded all our expectations and more

The pictures do not do this property justice. This house is immaculant and beautifully decorated. All the little extras provided by the host went above and beyond. From multitude of towels to extra throw blankets to cuddle on the couch. We were so imppressed. My son is stationed at NAS JAx so we will most definately be back
