Welcome to The Front Row, an oceanfront 3-bedroom apartment just steps from the sand on Jacksonville Beach. With 4 queen beds sleeping 8 guests comfortably, this ground-floor unit offers direct beach access and expansive Atlantic Ocean views from multiple windows — perfect for families or groups wanting prime beachfront location without hotel prices.

The fully renovated space features three bedrooms with queen beds (one bedroom has two queens), two full bathrooms, and an open living area with ocean views. The full kitchen comes stocked with everything needed for family meals, plus a Keurig coffee maker and Nutribullet for morning smoothies. In-unit washer and dryer handle beach gear and sandy clothes with ease.

Step outside to your shared back porch area overlooking the ocean, then walk 30 seconds to sink your toes in the sand. The saltwater and sea breeze are literally at your doorstep. High-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected, while individual TVs in each bedroom give families space to unwind.

You're a 9-minute walk to Mellow Mushroom for pizza and craft beer, or 10 minutes to Salt Life Food Shack for their famous fish tacos and surf culture vibe. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is just a 2-minute drive for fishing and sunset photos. Beaches Town Center with Publix and dozens of restaurants is 3 minutes by car.

Great communication. Clean interior. Floors above are very noisy; to hear every footstep and toilet flushing... Front door probably needs to get replaced. Metal rail lane in front of the door is awkward and rusted out. Great location. Parking for more than one is not great.

Excellently Equipped Unit By the Beach

This unit is steps to the beach, quiet, and super comfortable beds. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful get away-an abundance of Keurig K-cups, sweeteners, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, a few garbage bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Perfect for a weekend get away or week long stay. This unit is situated nicely to several wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Stood outside for over 30 minutes with a baby...Code wouldn't work..My pillow had something on it..Maybe chewing gum..The house smelled like cigarettes...I had to buy spray, that didn't make it any better..I have asthma and had a hard time breathing..The beach is only steps away..We enjoyed fishing..Couldn't get anyone to respond to the dirty linens ,locks or terrible odor in the house..I wonder if my sheets were ever really washed...

Amazing vacation rental!

This is a prime location right on Jax Beach! The sunrise was beyond magical here. This house was beautiful & clean. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was so easy. We differently will be back! Thank you for this opportunity for our family to stay!

Lovely Blue Beachside House

This house is awesome. Great location, right on the beach, perfect for sunrises, walk to stores, restaurants, bars, night life. It’s all right there. Honestly, a very lovely place to stay!!!!

Stay Here!

You cannot go wrong by picking this property. Everything about it 5 stars. Clean, stocked with snacks , coffee, spices, toiletries etc. The towels and linens were of high quality. The owners are awesome and very responsive. Check in was a breeze and so simple. I had no issues with check in. If I'm ever in Jacksonville again I would consider staying here. Actually my one friend wanted all the info, so that I he can stay here in the future.

Overall things went very well. Nice to have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and gathering space for our group of three couples. We did have a broken dishwasher but they came out to fix it the next day. We also had someone in our group w OCD so washing dishing was not a problem either.

Wonderful!

This is my second time staying at this location. The first time, I stayed in the upper rear unit and it was great. This time I stayed in the lower front unit, and it was even better! I almost gasped when I walked in, it was so lovely. Every room is decorated beautifully and very clean. The condo walks out on to an outdoor patio with comfy furniture where you can sit, relax and listen to the waves with your coffee or wine; very peaceful! Parking was directly outside the unit which was very useful. These units are dog friendly and I brought my dog along both times. So, if you are looking for a nice place to stay, right on the beach, pick one of these units. You won't regret it. If I need to take another trip to Jax beach, I'll book for a 3rd visit! :-)

Perfect weekend in perfect location!

We stayed at this beautiful three bedroom, adorably decorated unit for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend with her MOH’s mom and me (mom of the bride), and five young women. The description of the place didn’t do it justice! It was so cute and the owners made us feel right at home, down to every detail, including body wash, shampoos and conditioners, nice towels and throws, etc. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars, etc. I would definitely recommend for families too! Loved everything about it!

Beach Birthday at the Blue House

Excellent communication with our host. Great proximity to Jax Beach and a short drive away from many beach options. All the amenities we needed and perfect sleeping arrangement for the 3 year old birthday boy. Second time at the blue house and we can’t wait to be back.
