ENTRY:
This unit is located at Fernandina Shores entrance #3. Once you turn into the entrance, it will be the first building facing the parking lot on the left. Keypad entry is located on the glass French doors on the patio.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- No Smoking or Vaping of any kind
- No parties or events
- A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation
- Minimum age to book is 25
- PARKING LIMIT: During the week of the annual car show (1st weekend of March) & on the 4th of July, there is a limit of - ONE vehicle per unit. Parking passes will be provided for these dates. All other times, parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30 day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
