This updated villa is tucked into a tranquil area on the south end of Amelia Island and right on the Oak Marsh Championship Golf Course. Come enjoy a relaxing retreat with family or friends and take in the natural surroundings while also being a short drive away from the resort's private beach access points.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property boasts beautiful views of the fairway from the main living space, cozy sunroom, main bedroom and newly expanded outdoor patio.

From the second guests step through the entryway, the property's calming coastal decor and updated furnishings will invite them to rest and relax. Stay in for the night and enjoy cooking a meal in the open, modernized kitchen or take advantage of the gas grill provided in the front private courtyard for cooking outdoors. The kitchen is fabulously equipped so guests staying for a longer visit will have everything they need.

Perfect for a family with two kids, the property has a main bedroom with a king bed and full attached bathroom and a second bedroom offering two double beds. Both bathrooms are nicely renovated and the second is accessible from the hallway as well as the second bedroom, which is convenient for hosting. There are TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. High-speed Wifi is provided for the modern traveller's convenience. There are also board games and books for guest's entertainment.

Throughout the villa, guests will appreciate the owner's thoughtful touches — sleek, updated kitchen appliances, blackout curtains in the bedrooms to ensure deep sleep, customizable living and dining lighting, new flooring throughout, luggage racks, lots of closet and dresser storage and hooks near the front door to easily hang towels. The small wine fridge is a great addition under the counter wrapping around from the kitchen!

The Fairway Oaks complex provides residents and guests two private pools to cool off in. The beautiful beach is only about a mile away (a short 3-minute car ride or 8-minute bike ride) and guests can use the community's private boardwalks out to the seashore. Relax with your toes in the sand and listen to the ocean waves crashing!

Explore the many miles of walking trails within the gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP). Explore all the community parks and playgrounds, or visit the restaurants, shops, and spa services offered by the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Guests can also venture to the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, about 20 minutes north by car.

Please note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
