This elegant and upscale getaway will leave you in awe with its carefully picked amenity list spread over two inviting stories. Tile floors extend throughout the entire first floor. The living area combines the living and the dining room with the kitchen, creating a contemporary open concept design space.

Both bedrooms upstairs have their own full bathrooms with all the necessities. Anything in the townhouse is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. Kitchen is equipped, but not fully. Coffee and tea options are provided,as well as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher and dish soap, clothes soap. Early check-in and late check-out come at a cost of 25/hour. The neighborhood is teeming with families. Playgrounds, beach volleyball, and pickleball courts all appeared to be available within walking distance. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The listing should say that both bedrooms are ensuite, each with their own bathroom. Bring tissues, as none were provided. Bring extension cords to reach outlets behind the sofa and beds.

Nice Place, Great Location, Friendly and Safe Community.

Enjoyed our stay! Very close to stores, restaurants and the interstate. The community is nice and quiet especially at night, ensuring a good nights sleep. The host was very professional and made themselves readily available to assist with any questions, or concerns. Professionalism is hard to come by these days, so I will definitely consider booking this place again in the future.

The property was clean and as noted, in a very convenient location. Just off the 202, it’s central between the beaches and the river. Minutes to Town Center.An important note for people who may not consider this property because it is not in a gated community— don’t worry. It’s very residential with people walking for exercise or to the clubhouse throughout the entire day into nighttime. Nice family neighbors intermingling and watching. Felt totally safe!

Good spot for a long term stay at Mayo. My mother and I were able to relax between appointments and enjoy our time here. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed for the stay. The lake is behind the house and the wildlife is great to watch.

The property was very neat and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. It was convenient to grocery stores, and restaurants and only a short drive to St John's Town Center. The host responded quickly to my questions, although I only had a couple. Most importantly, I would stay there again.
