We have stayed at this property several times now while visiting family in the area. It is an excellent property with everything you need. Nice view of the pond outside. It is in a nice, gated community. Very clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. We will stay again the next time we visit the area.

The house was fine- very spacious, clean, overall a nice house.The amenities were definitely lacking. There were little to no cups, dishes, wash cloths, dish towels. The tv did not work- appeared to be an internet issue. The only thing that worked was Netflix. Attempted to log into other streaming apps but kept getting internet error. WiFi was worse than dial up and phones would not work if connected.Bathtub did not have a drain stopper, which made it difficult for the kids to take baths. The yard was atrocious and grass was waist high. It was somewhat embarrassing when neighbors all had nice yards and would walk by. The house had enough beds for 10 people, however the couch in the living room only had space for 3-4 max. Limited seating in house and furniture was very small.Cameras outside would follow you everywhere you went, a little unsettling.Overall, the house was nice and clean, but for the hefty price, definitely was not worth it and we would not stay there again.

Cozy, clean, and quiet

This property was accurately described and very clean. It had all your immediate necessities and furnished nicely. The home is nestled on a beautiful lake with spectacular views. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Any family would enjoy their vacation at this home. I highly recommend. We unfortunately could not easily access the property as we had issues with the code. The property owners were a bit slow with communication but they will eventually get back with you. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and my family loved it.

Great Neighborhood

The house was in a great gated neighborhood. The neighborhood felt very safe. The house is in the back of the neighborhood and feels very private. The positives for this property are neighborhood, location of the neighborhood, proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, accuracy of the property description, communication with the owner, quality and comfort of the beds and mattresses. The Internet worked well. There are a few areas of improvement that the owner should think about. First, the main living area furnitures are not very comfortable. There's only one sectional sofa. That is not enough seating for more than three people. The owner should put in an additional sofa. Second, there were not enough silverware. The owner needs to put in a set of silverwares in the kitchen cabinet. Third, they need to replace the master bedroom TV as there are dead rows of pixels at the bottom of the TV.

Clean, quiet, convenient!

This home was in a quiet gated community conveniently located near the airport and any other activity north of JAX. Home was clean and lots of shopping and food options not far away. The bonus is that this place is directly located on the communities lake with a pleasant view of the sunrise and the wildlife. We enjoyed the easy access to Amelia island fun but also spent a nice day in St Augustine, just an hours drive south. Home was as described and all in working order.
