Amazing views on Amelia with this renovated 2-bedroom 2-bath townhome with a private carport at Sandpiper Loop.  Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your living room patio or the Master bedroom balcony. With this being an end unit there are additional windows that allow for extra light into the condo. This multi-level condo allows everyone to have their own space without feeling cramped. 

The stairway entry goes to the 1st level where you’ll find your living room, dining room, and kitchen.  Adjacent to the living room is your oceanfront patio where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the sunsets. Stroll just outside the patio and it's just a short walk to where you can enjoy the beach and all it has to offer. For your safety, there are usually lifeguards patrolling the shore in the summer months.

This beautifully appointed kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. It’s fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs with enough seating for 6 people. Just up the second stairway leads to the 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The oceanfront master bedroom has a stunning view of the ocean with a King bed, private bathroom, Flat-screen TV, and hardwood floors. The second bedroom has a full and twin bed, hardwood floors.  The guest bathroom can be accessed through the hall or in the bedroom.

Spring break with family

My family recently stayed here for spring break. The location was perfect, especially with kids. The unit was on the corner and you can walk straight out the bottom floor to the boardwalk to the beach. The only thing I will say is the trash can did smell like cigarettes when we first checked in and there were cigarettes on the ground outside. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Stairway to the Beach

We loved the location (ocean front), the house and Fernandina Beach. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The beach is flat and very walkable. You need to be ready for stairs which we were. The host was VERY responsive to any inquiry. We would definitely rent again.

Great location - access the beach right outside your back door!

Spent a week and had a great time experiencing the condo, the beach, fishing charters, local cuisine, shopping, a couples massage, and even a jet-ski tour that included the whole family. Proximity to the beach is amazing (you’re right there)! Check-in and check-out were easy, the condo was very nicely updated and very clean to say the least. Plenty of room and The “extra” stairs were clearly mentioned in the description and weren’t an issue for us at all (ages 50, 47, 21 & 17. Soft sandy beaches, beautiful sunsets and amazing sunrises on the beach
 unforgettable!

Great location

Very nice, clean, comfortable beds, excellent appliances. The location could not be better. I do have a warning however; the stairs. Driveway to Living level 11 steps, Living level to Kitchen level 5 steps, Kitchen level to Master bedroom and first bathroom 11 steps, Master bedroom level and second bathroom 4 steps. During the course of a day a lot of up and down stairs and if you have any mobility or physical issues it will take a toll. I have a weak knee. In fairness the listing did warn of stairs.
