Step back in time and have the time of your life at our cozy, French- country style studio apartment. You will have a hard time believing this cozy space was once a two-car attached garage, as it boasts all the comforts of home in a setting perfect for couples seeking a retreat from everyday life!

This space offers a comfy queen-sized bed, reclining loveseat sofa, private bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower and relaxing tub, kitchenette complete with countertop appliances and Keurig coffee maker, and a dinette area where you can eat your breakfast while looking out over a scenic front yard…or step a few feet forward and enjoy that coffee on your private front porch, complete with swing!

Our guests enjoy parking 1 to 2 vehicles in their own private section of our split driveway. Please park directly in front of the double garage door. To the left of the garage is a beautiful wooden deck which leads to your own private entrance into the unit.

Only 12 minutes away from downtown Fernandina beach, Fort Clinch, and beaches.

Please bear in mind that the property is next to the main house (former garage conversion), has its own designated parking space and separate entrance. Also, it does not carry a full amenity kitchen. It does have a small cooktop and microwave. Please reach out with any questions that you may have. Thank you!
No more than 2 dogs and No cats permitted.

Dogs must be registered and on leash when outside at all times. Failure to comply will result in a fee of $50 per incident and up to termination of remaining stay for repeat offenders.
