The private fenced in yard is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida weather with the outdoor patio furniture.

We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The sparkling clean and updated bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The property also has a free, private washer and dryer for your use.

Very Walkable Area and Beach Buggy app can pick you up and take you most places at Atlantic Beach town center and Jax Beach for a tip. Download the app in advance to see their travel coverage box on a map. Hours are updated frequently on the app. Thursday - Sunday 5pm-midnight but check app to confirm



Interaction with Guests:

We provide remote contactless entry and we are here and ready if you need us! Our preferred method of communication is through the app so we can have all eyes on your communication with everyone on our team. The app communication is the fastest response time!
