The Space:

A rare 3-bed & 3 1/2-bath Beachwood Townhouse\Villa with breathtaking, elevated views of Red Maple Lake and the New Little Sandy Gold Course within the gated Omni Resort grounds on the south end of the island.  On the first floor, you will find an expansive living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.  A desk, laundry room and half bathroom complete the first floor to meet your functional needs during your escape to Amelia Island.  Two sliding glass doors welcome in the sunlight and open to a large patio area complete with outdoor dining furniture.  Adirondack chairs allow you to relax with a good book, morning coffee or glass of wine and enjoy the serene view.



Three large bedrooms, each with an ensuite full bathroom are located on the second floor.  The Owner's Suite has king sized bed with a private balcony facing the lake and a large private bath with shower, tub and 2 vanities.  A second bedroom includes two full sized beds and a private bath, while the third has a queen sized bed and a private bath.  All three bedroom are equipped with televisions and ceiling fans that offer comfort after a long day of outdoor activities.



Take a path less than a minute from the property and you arrive at a pool area that offers a nice mix of sun and shade throughout the day. Beach access is a short walk across the street, where a boardwalk leads you to the over thirteen miles of sand and surf that Amelia Island boasts.  This townhouse is sure to exceed your expectations and serve as the perfect location for your stay on beautiful Amelia Island, FL.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are also provided for your use during your stay.



While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals can be arranged with delivery to\from the property - please inquire for additional information.



PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.



RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.



Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.



Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.



All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.



There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
