Accessible by a centrally located elevator, this stunning third-floor corner unit offers comfort and convenience. Sit on your large private balcony with a cup of coffee or glass of wine to enjoy the views of the serene tree canopy. Newly renovated bathrooms and freshly updated bedrooms offer a relaxed beachy feel. The Beachwood Community Pool, situated on one of the resort's pristine golf courses and overlooking Red Maple Lake, is just steps away. This private pool area offers a perfect mix of sun and shade throughout the day. Beach access is just across the street, providing easy entry to the island's renowned thirteen miles of sand and surf.



We provide fresh linens and towels for all our guests, along with a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella are also available for your use during your stay.



While staying at this rental, you can enjoy the resort's acclaimed biking and walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants. Alternatively, venture to the charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, about a 15-minute drive north, to explore its eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf enthusiasts will find many excellent courses in the area, and bike and golf cart rentals are also available—please inquire for additional information.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.



Pets Under 50lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental.



RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.



Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.



Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.



All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.



There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
