The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops, Native Sun grocery stores, and an assortment of restaurants.

The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and a grill.

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels are provided. You can comfortably sleep 8 people!



We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.



This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Getting Around:

There is a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons within walking distance away. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.
