Guest Requirements & Booking

Age Restriction: Primary guest must be 21 years or older to book.



Terms of Service: To comply with legal requirements and house rules, guests may be asked to sign a digital rental agreement covering the terms of their stay. A Security Deposit may be required to secure your booking.



Check-In / Check-Out Adjustments

Early check-in: $20 per hour (subject to availability)

Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. Please respect quiet hours and be mindful of your surroundings and noise levels while at our home.



General Guidelines

Remove shoes once inside the home.

Do not move furniture (fees apply if items are relocated).

No meals in the beds, to prevent damage to linens.



If the home lists a BBQ or Fire Pit, please note we do not provide propane or firewood.



Cleaning & Damages

Our homes are serviced by professional, independent cleaning companies. If a guest leaves an unusually large mess or causes damage beyond normal use, additional charges may be billed.
