Located approximately 1,000’ from our first cabin at Maco’s Mountain Resort with the same great views of the Appalachian Mountains. This cabin actually has an extra 64sqft and a extra twin bed in a second loft. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee with the Keurig or 12 cup coffee maker (Coffee not provided) and relax in the 6 person hottub admiring the beautiful night sky. This is the perfect place for a peaceful family getaway. WIFI is now available.

Definitely worth renting! Beautiful property with the most gorgeous views I’ve ever seen. Very clean and not too far from Red River Gorge. Highly recommend very secluded very private. Saw a black bear one morning and a rattlesnake came up on the deck to say hello lol. Hot tub was very nice and everything was very very clean.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. It is clear the hosts take great pride in the space.The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent stay! I honestly would love to book and stay again! Beautiful cabin! Amazing overlook! Can reach restaurant, gas stations, and grocery within 15 minutes. Communication with owner was great. Was a little chilly so didn't get to utilize hot tub and fire place, but we will definitely look into coming back and looking forward to it. And for a longer time!

Hot tub coulda been warmer but was still very nice .Kitchen appeared to have everything possibly needs a new skillet..we got there late so we ate lunchmeat sandwiches and wine .I'd brought a breakfast bake so we used the microwave which could use some instructions lol but all in all we coulda stayed forever just a Gorgeous Place cant say I liked the county road up the mountain but was beautiful non the less ...its well worth the stay cant wait to go back

Great location for a family getaway with fantastic view from atop the mountain. You are not on top of any neighboring property which makes for a peaceful time with no unwanted noise or distractions. Easy drive to Red River Gorge for day hiking followed up with wonderful fireside evening with views from the hot tub.

Communication and cleanliness of the space was perfect. Nice hot tub, stunning view, and very peaceful. Not a fan of that gate to get out. Took about 7 minutes to get out the last time. We couldn’t get the gate to acknowledge our vehicle.

Good place for the money, great view, fairly private. Gated entrance is awesome. Had a very clear night the first night and was able to soak in the hot tub and look at all the stars, very cool experience. The place itself needs some work inside. The bed is awful, every movement made a loud squeaking sound. The flooring is separated in some spots in the kitchen. Walking barefoot made my feet black, dust bunnies in the corners and the shower curtain has mold around the bottom. Some of the jets didn't work in the hot tub and it's super slow to heat up, but the water was clear and looked clean. There was a mouse that ran through the kitchen, kind of put a damper that night, but you are in a cabin in the woods, soooo....... The kitchen could use some better cookware, we brought our own because it's not the first cabin we've stayed in, but the selection is terrible. Overall it's a great value for a great spot, but needs a little TLC.

Great place to go relax. Very private and secure. Host was responsive and helpful when booking. The view from the deck is amazing, and the hot tub is perfectly placed to enjoy it. Cabin was clean and comfortable. No washer and dryer so keep that in mind when you pack. Small town about 10-15 minutes away with a few restaurants, groceries, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
