Welcome to our Short Term Rental Home! We take great pride in ensuring that you have a wonderful stay. We have developed these rules for the mutual enjoyment of our guests and neighbors alike. They were also developed with guest comfort in mind while managing costs and minimizing disruption to future guests.
For your protection and ours, all VRBO and Direct Booking guests must complete the Short-Term Rental Agreement. Failure to complete this agreement will result in your booking being canceled,
âą NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in the building. Again NO PARTIES!
âą All guests are liable for any and all damage to the building, including legal fees (both ours and the building`s).
âą Guests must treat our home with respect and please keep the place tidy. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before checking out. Please do not wash dishes by hand. Please wipe counters and cooktop after cooking.
âą Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage containers outside the unit.
âą All overnight guests must be registered within the reservation request; the max number of overnight guests is Six, Visitors to the guests should not exceed Two (for a max number of Eight people in the unit at any one time); visitors must be cleared with Tommy prior to inviting them over.
âą Smoking is only permitted outside, and butts must be disposed of in the trash. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house â guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
âą Please do not stain the white towels â a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels â regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt, or any other unsanitary messes. Please use a paper towel found in the kitchen instead.
âą Excessive use of towels or linens may result in an extra laundry fee. Extra linens are provided when the number of overnight guests exceeds 2. Please, 1 Large towel, 2 hand towels, and 2 facecloths per guest.
âą All makeup must be removed prior to using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming. There is make-up removal wipes next to the sink in the bathroom.
âą Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage as they pose a significant fire hazard.
âą Toiletries are provided as a courtesy to guests in the event that theyâve forgotten something. They are not complimentary gifts like you would find in a hotel. Excessive use of toiletries will result in a $25 restocking fee.
âą Laundry detergent and bounce sheets are provided to guests to complete any necessary laundry. Please do not make excessive use of the laundry facilities. Leave the washing machine door open when finished.
âą Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans, or frying pans.
Parking is provided on-site. There is no parking on the grass or on the street.
âą Feel free to adjust the temperature up or down â but no higher than 77F or lower than 65F. A $25 fee will result if the thermostat is set outside of this range and will be levied in the resolution center.
Fee summary:
We take our short-term rental business and these rules very seriously. For most guests, these will be common sense, but in some cases, they may not be obvious to all. Fees for disrespecting my house and violating these rules will be levied through the resolution center in accordance with the Terms of Use or deposits made at booking.
