When employees tell you that they wouldn't stay at a property because of cleanliness, that should tell you something about how management and owners treat a property and their employees. We had four rooms, one of which had a dirty towel in the closet. I am not talking "used" -- I mean DIRTY. It looked like it had been used to clean diarrhea off a grown man then thrown in the corner of the closet. Not sure I can blame the guest, though, since there was no toilet paper in the room. As soon as you opened the closet, the smell was disgusting. The second biggest issue was the lack of a hot breakfast. We were staying with a school group and had counted on serving breakfast to the kids at the hotel; however, the lack of food at the advertised breakfast meant that we had to purchase an additional breakfast for all our students. This review does not take the time to go in-depth about the bugs, other debris, dangerously broken ceiling fans, or the multitude of questionable stains on every visible fabric surface.
If I had had the option at 12:00 a.m. with two cars full of teenagers to go elsewhere, I would have.
My stay was good but the ceiling fan in my room had a lot of dust on it. The floor in the dining area in the lobby needed to be swept and moped. There was only one person working the front desk on a busy Saturday night. She was overwhelmed. She wasn't too experienced but she did take her time to meet everyone needs.
Nothing i liked. The sent me to a room that was dirty. The room was never clean. I went showed them pics then they put me in another room. That room tub was dirty sheets was stained carpet dusty fan was full of dust. No towels wifi didnât work. Walls was dirty and black. Teen age kids dancing on top of cars outside hanging around the hotel. That place needed to be shut down or remodeled also new bedding and furniture
Terribly hard bed. Some of us travelers cant tolerate hard beds. After parking my car, i was walking to the elevator noticed that the front desk clerk was a few steps ahead of me, got on the elevator and let the doors shut knowing that i was only a step or two away. I felt that was very rude.
My first room was not cleaned , had to give me another room .They had trouble runninig my credit card . Airconditioner leaked inside room and carpet stayed wet .
I booked this room after driving all afternoon for me and my kids to stop and get some rest while driving to beach for vacation. Upon arrival they said the room I booked was not available. I needed 2 beds. They did tell me they could put me in a room with a pull out couch. The air conditioner in room was broken and the sofa bed was also broken. I informed them of this and they gave me another sofa room. The bed in that room was so horrible the springs were sticking up and there was no bedding available to put on the bed. My kids and I went downstairs and requested a refund and were leaving to find a different place to stay. The staff informed me there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, but he would talk to manager the next day and try. I still have not often a refund.
We were only there for one night, but it was not in great condition. It looked like it was probably a nice hotel at one time, but it has not been kept up.
The staff was excellent, friendly, and made you feel very welcome. The room was a little run down. A carpet-like border that was supposed to be glued to the wall was on the floor by the desk. There was paint missing on spots on the walls, and something (maybe a picture or mirror?) missing off a wall. Still, the room served its purpose for an overnight stay.
My room for sure have not been cleaned atleast for last 10 days. Too much dust and wear n tear. Lot of fruit flies inside the room. Would never recommend this hotel.
The room was okay, but was a little run down cosmetically. A carpet-like border strip that was supposed to be glued to the wall was lying on the floor next to the desk. The staff was great and check-in was smooth.
Carpet was stained near fridge and there was brown mildew or something on shower wall. Asked the front desk to have housekeeping clean it but after having our room serviced, it was exactly the same! Was told the wrong hours for breakfast when we checked in so missed breakfast one day. The indoor pool was not heated so very cold and the hot tub wasn't working either! None of the gym equipment worked either. Very disappointed that we werenât able to swim, use the hot tub, or the gym during our 4 day stay. The staff were nice though.
