LAKE FRONT - No Steps to Lake, Quiet Cove, Big Creek -Seasonal Water

**NOTE ON 2026 DROUGHT CONDITIONS / LOW LAKE LEVELS**
Norris Lake is experiencing a severe drought this year, and the water level is currently about 8 feet below normal summer pool, at just under 1,012 feet (normal summer pool is 1,020 feet). If you plan to bring a boat, please message us before booking to discuss current dock conditions. As of June 2026, our dock has approximately 6 feet of water at the entrance to the boat slip. Water levels may change, so please check the TVA Lake Levels website.

NOTE: Our home is in the back of a cove on Norris Lake which means we do not have year round water, but we still have a beautiful property where memories can be made year round. Of course the lake is the best summer adventure, but fall, winter, and spring can be the perfect time for hiking, off-roading, campfires, wildlife viewing, family holiday gatherings, etc. That being said, we do not control the water levels and cannot guarantee you will be able to access the house by water. Unless there is a drought, there is generally 15-20' of water from early May through mid to late August.

Minimum age for the primary renter must be 28 or older.

Rules:
>> Per HOA rules, there is no parking at the road. All vehicles and boat trailers must be parked down at the house. The driveway is steep but no need to be afraid of it, vehicles of all shapes and sizes are able to navigate it safely.
>> No parties or excessive noise.
>> No pets or emotional support animals allowed. Exceptions made on a case by case basis for registered service animals for physical disabilities such as blindness.
>> Please respect and care for our home as if it were your own. We love sharing it with you, but it takes TLC on everyone's part to keep it maintained for future guests.
>> Beginning in 2025, most reservations from Memorial Day through Labor Day will be 7 night minimum with check in/out on Fridays. There will be a few exceptions to this each year, depending on how our personal stays fall. If you want to stay longer than 7 days but less than 14, please message me with a request.

Extra fees:
>> Extra cleaning fees @ $75/hour may be charged if excessive cleaning is needed (especially in the kitchen - if you explode something in the oven, please clean it up. :)
>> $15 per stained towel; $8 per stained hand towel or wash cloth
>> $55 per stained bedding/linen.
>> $50 for dirty grill
>> Extra guests on case by case basis $100 per guest per stay, no bedding or towels provided
