Lily Pad au Paradise Village est l'escapade familiale idĂ©ale. Cette maison bien amĂ©nagĂ©e de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain se trouve ïżœïżœ seulement 4 portes de la piscine et du bain Ă  remous de la communautĂ©, ou profitez de l’intimitĂ© de votre foyer et de votre bain Ă  remous Ă  la maison. Avec de nombreuses activitĂ©s pour tous, cette maison deviendra sĂ»rement votre prochain lieu de vacances prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©!

Restez un peu plus longtemps et visitez le tristement célÚbre parc national de Zion, faites une promenade en voiture dans le Snow Canyon ou faites de la navigation de plaisance ou du kayak sur l'un des trois réservoirs locaux. Location!

So nice to be steps from the pool and to have our own splash pad when it’s time 100 outside. Loved our stay. Great floor plan, some fun games and pool toys. (Only thing I would change is the dishwasher).

Great location and home

This spot was excellent for our family. It had everything we needed inside and backed up to a yard, which is great for play for the kids. We struggled with the property management company at check in the lock had a weird quirk to it that they didn’t communicate so we had to get help to get into the place. The patio furniture was broken, which was a huge bummer for our family since we wanted to sit outside and watch the kids play. We let them know that it was broken, but they didn’t do anything about it. I would recommend this rental but be aware that the mgmt company is not proactive.

- Access code didn't work upon arrival.- Locked out for hours at night.- Management company is hard to reach.- Heating didn’t work. We were freezing.- Tech couldn’t fix it.- House covered in dust from maintenance sanding and refinishing the kitchen table.- Promised a partial refund, but never got it.

Over all great house

We stayed at paradise village quite a bit. Love this neighborhood! This house was probably the most banged up and least stocked out of all the ones we’ve stayed at. The biggest issue was the thermostat.. We had to turn it off because whenever we turned the heat on, it would just run nonstop. We would try to turn it down then go back to check on it and it was kicked back to a higher temp than we set it at. Night time got cold but that’s better than sweating.

Management company bad!!

Great property, great amenities and great location. I feel bad for the owner. Management company awful. Arrived at 4am with 4 kids to a rental house not cleaned. No clean sheets. All beds used. Finally got a hold of rental company next day and they sent cleaners bye. Did not leave us towels accept for a few that were left from last renters. Asked for towels for 2 days and finally had them dropped off the day before we left. I received no apology or anythiny. Once again, awesome property but the management company made things awful for use.

Not Utah's Best

We arrived late with tired kids to a dirty, damaged house (we found out later it was from torrential rain). We totally understand these things can happen, but no one from Utah's Best called to inform us of the situation ahead of time. It took an hour and 2 phone calls on our part to talk to someone and be moved to a different home. At every step we had to initiate communication to get any help or response. No one from Utah's Best bothered to check in on us all week. Even just a phone call would have been great! We moved back after 2 nights once all the drywall was repaired and the home was cleaned, but it all added stress and frustration to what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation. We have rented dozens of homes over the years and have never had an issue. We are easy guests & responsible renters, and we will never rent from Utah's Best again. Their automated text and email service are great. Unfortunately their customer service is not. As for the house, it is in a great location and the splash pad was a really fun addition! The house itself feels tired, with stained linens and carpet and broken items. It was not the experience we were hoping for, but hopefully we can save someone else from a similar situation.

Great company to rent from!

We didn’t actually end up staying in this unit — the rental company called us early the same day we were supposed to check in to tell us there was a problem with the unit we rented. But they had everything covered, and got us into another property across the street that we were very happy with! It was a smooth process, and wasn’t an inconvenience to us at all! We were still able to utilize the Paradise Cove pool and slides, which were SO fun! Would definitely recommend!

Change of plans still works out

This review is not for the property listed but for the overall experience and the alternate property we redirected to when our original property experienced significant roof damage from a Summer storm making uninhabitable. We had outstanding communication from the rental company that lead to a seamless transition to a nearby property. They were very flexible and allowed us to use the water slides and pools at the original home. Highly recommended working with the rental company. They know how to solve problems. Alternate property was of a similar high quality. Made for a stress free trip.

Great location

The location and layout of this condo was great. Unfortunately the great news stops there. This condo is showing signs of maintenance neglect. It was sad really. The washer has mold growing in it, both the dryer and the dishwasher no longer latch closed making them difficult to use. The condo as a whole needs a deep clean and update. All chairs in the kitchen and dining room are falling apart and have no cushion left to speak of. The hot tub smelt odd(like it was chemically unbalanced) so we didn't dare use it. I'm leaving this review in hopes that it won't fall on deaf ears and the owners will be able to get the condo up and running to its full potential.

Great Place for the Family

We stayed here just for the weekend for our boys’ baseball tournament, and the house worked perfect. It was super clean and comfortable. And the kids had plenty to do which was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

P Overall, our experience with this property was a positive one. The proximity to the pool and clubhouse was great. We love the area and the house provided great bikes and other activities to use while staying here. Some negatives are that the pool was supposed to be heated but was only warm one out of the three days we were there. The house itself could have been cleaner. As another review mentioned, the linens and towels are kind of dingy and need updating. The house was well furnished and spacious and as I said before, overall very nice.
