Arcadia # 4 est une maison jumelée avec 5 chambres et 6. 5 salles de bain pouvant accueillir 18 personnes. Toutes les chambres sont en suite.

• Deuxième chambre avec 1 lit queen

• Troisième chambre avec 1 lit queen

• La cinquième chambre est une chambre avec lits superposés avec lits jumeaux gigogne double + un canapé-lit queen

Salon
En plus de ses deux chambres, l'étage principal comprend également un bureau, une cuisine, une salle à manger et un salon. Le salon peut accueillir 7 personnes et dispose d'une télévision et d'une cheminée. La grande île de la cuisine peut accueillir 5 personnes, tandis que la salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. En plus des 3 chambres à l'étage, il y a aussi une chambre familiale avec une kitchenette et une salle d'eau.

Repos et loisirs
L'Arcadia 5 dispose également d'un balcon couvert au deuxième étage offrant une superbe vue sur les rochers rouges et d'une terrasse au rez-de-chaussée avec un barbecue.

Archie Gubler Park se trouve juste en bas de la rue, où vous pourrez profiter de l'aire de jeux, de l'aire de jets d'eau, du terrain de volley-ball et des courts de cornichon.

Les animaux ne sont pas autorisés. Il est interdit de fumer dans les villas ou dans le complexe. Des frais de nettoyage supplémentaires de 1 000 $ seront facturés si les animaux domestiques ont séjourné ou s'il y a eu fumeurs dans la villa.

It was beautiful. Are biggest complaints we’re tv and internet. Also the wave pool and hot tub had to much chlorine we had chlorine burns on our skin. Otherwise we loved the house

It gave us a code and we keylessly entered it and were able to access the Villa. Everything was clean and inviting. There was a nice welcome message and some coupons for restaurants in the area and a couple of small bottles of sunscreen. It's a beautiful location and this is the second visit we've made there. We will probably return next year, though it gets busier each year in the pool-lazy river area, and they're still building new homes and Villas.

First, the location is great if you're looking to hit national and state parks, and the view of Snow Canyon is wonderful. The rental unit was fantastic ... brand new, well-finished, with WAY more than enough room for our family. The resort amenities were great as well ... with a few small caveats. There is a great pool/lazy river, a clubhouse with games/activities for the kids, and a snack bar with cheap food options. As of August 2019, there is still a "work-in-progress" feel to the resort though. Several units are still under construction, and the resort seems to be working out a few small kinks (e.g., key fobs for the pool gate, open hours of the snack bar). Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot.

Everything was as perfect as it could be--the 2 side by side homes we rented, the pools, the clubhouse, the location, the employees. We had a WONDERFUL, MARVELOUS time! We had a big group of 32 people and found splitting the family into two units worked better than us all being in one larger home elsewhere. I hate to give a glowing review because I'd like to keep the knowledge to ourselves--ha ha. We lived 5 nights in luxury.
