Positioned at the entrance of the plot, Villa Nerithra is a thoughtfully designed 45 sqm open-plan residence where rustic character meets modern comfort. The layout allows the villa’s elegance to be appreciated at a single glance, with carefully chosen furnishings creating an inviting and intimate atmosphere from the moment of arrival. Indoors, guests benefit from a comfortable living space with a fireplace, making the villa equally appealing for cooler months and winter stays, alongside air conditioning for summer comfort.



Outside, a spacious private terrace opens onto a beautifully landscaped garden featuring flowers, trees and a pergola, centred around a private swimming pool. From here, panoramic views stretch across Ithaca’s verdant mountains, providing a sense of seclusion and relaxation throughout the day. The outdoor area is perfectly suited to leisurely breakfasts, quiet afternoons by the pool or evenings enjoying the peaceful surroundings.



The villa is fully self-catered and equipped with essential amenities, including a kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle, a private bathroom with shower, towels and toiletries, and modern conveniences such as free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and free on-site private parking. There is no on-site staff, ensuring complete privacy, though assistance can be arranged if required via the complex management.



There are no additional mandatory on-site charges known at present. Any refundable security deposit, if applicable, and optional extras would be confirmed prior to arrival.
