Villa Gemma, with its spacious and bright spaces, is the perfect retreat for families and groups of friends, ready to accommodate up to 11 guests in an atmosphere of refined elegance.
The spaces of Villa Gemma are spread over two levels, offering large and bright areas. From the patio, you access a living area dedicated to relaxation, with  a confortable double sofabed and a pouf arranged around a fireplace that is also a convenient single bed . The living area has blackout curtains  for a perfect sleep. High ceilings and the alternation of white and stone walls create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen with island and double-door refrigerator opens onto a dining area with sliding glass doors that offer an enchanting view of the garden and pool. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one double and one with a French bed, each with a private bathroom and access to a panoramic terrace with sea views. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, controlled mechanical ventilation in all rooms, mosquito system and mosquito nets. Wi-Fi connection, with coverage up to 100MB, is available throughout the property, both inside and outside, including the pool area. Smart TVs are present in every room and on the veranda. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kW per week (approximately 36 kW per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a cost of 1.10 euros per kW.
Villa Gemma offers a wide range of outdoor spaces to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The large shaded terrace, accessible from the living area, is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. The pool area, with a large heated pool (5mx11m) and a solarium equipped with outdoor showers and a dedicated bathroom, is ideal for relaxation and fun. A barbecue area with a bar-kitchen and an outbuilding with a professional kitchen and pizza oven offer additional options for outdoor dining. The villa also has a garden with a children's play area and trampoline, and a charging station for electric cars. The pool is heated up to 32 degrees Celsius. For reservations requiring the heated pool, a supplement of 250 euros per week is applied (200 euros if the reservation is less than a week). The heated pool is guaranteed for reservations made at least 7 days before the arrival date. For shorter reservations, given the technical heating times, you can agree with the host on specific conditions and needs.
Villa Gemma is strategically located to explore the beauties of southeastern Sicily. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure options, including Blue Flag beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and historical cities such as Noto, Syracuse, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa. The proximity to the port of Pozzallo allows you to easily reach Malta by hydrofoil.
