This 4 bedroom luxury Isle of Palms vacation rental is the perfect beach house for your next family getaway, offering a peaceful stay on a quiet island street. The beach is only a quick walk away, there is a private heated pool and hot tub in the fully fenced backyard, and a short drive will land you nearby for many dining and shopping options on Isle of Palms. Additionally, historic downtown Charleston is only twenty-five minutes away, making your stay as full of exciting activities as possible. This beach house is pet friendly with a spacious fully fenced backyard.

A circular driveway welcomes you to this beautifully designed Isle of Palms beach home. The exterior features Sherwin-Williams’ “Colors of Historic Charleston” Beach Flower palette, reflecting Charleston’s refined style and Southern charm—an aesthetic carried throughout the home to create a relaxed, authentic coastal retreat.

The private backyard is an inviting outdoor oasis, enclosed by a six-foot privacy fence. It features a pool and hot tub, spacious lounge deck, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower. A screened-in gazebo provides a peaceful setting to enjoy ocean breezes in the evening or relax with a book during the day.

Inside, the open floor plan allows for seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it ideal for entertaining. The living room offers ample seating and a 75-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or gatherings. The newly renovated gourmet kitchen includes a Wolf dual-fuel gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge, and ultra-quiet Bosch dishwasher. The large island seats six and is ideal for casual meals or socializing while cooking. Just off the kitchen, a barn door leads to a full bathroom and laundry room for added convenience.

Down the hall, the owner’s retreat offers a peaceful escape with a California King bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. Double vanities and a large marble walk-in shower create a luxurious, relaxing space.

The home also includes three additional bedrooms. The second bedroom features a king bed, while the third bedroom offers four Twin XL beds—perfect for children. These two rooms share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom includes a king bed, overlooks the pool and backyard, and has a private sliding glass door. A Navien tankless water heater ensures endless hot water for all guests.

Located just a short walk from the beach, this Isle of Palms home combines comfort, thoughtful design, and an exceptional location. With its calming atmosphere and well-appointed spaces, The Beach Blessing is the perfect setting for a memorable coastal getaway.

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 4 vehicles can be parked at this property.

Pool Access: Private Pool, *Can be heated for additional fee of $275/night

3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

The property was great! I thought the description "chef's kitchen" was hype until we got there and found it to be quite accurate. The equipment was first rate. Everything else was as described or better. The only improvement I would suggest is a was of washing the sand off out feet upon entering the house, We did our best, but I know some got in.PS: We left the cover off the grill because it had rained that night and we wanted to let it dry before covering it. Hope that was OK.

Loved this property!

Perfect for our family Christmas! Very well stocked kitchen and high end appliances. Loved the big open kitchen/living area. Brought our two small dogs- fenced in backyard was perfect. Short walk to beach. And the beds were SO comfortable! Would definitely stay here again

Close enough but peaceful

The property was impeccably clean and very close to the beach and Charleston proper. The beds were very comfortable so we all slept well. There was some unevenness in distribution of the air conditioning across bedrooms. I would highly recommend this beautiful home. We hope to return next year!!

Home is spacious and comfortable. Managers were friendly and accessible. Screened gazebo is lovely. Best kitchen: high end appliances, stocked with everything you could possibly need for meals at home. Attractive exterior but for the SIX DEAD BUSHES in front. Enjoyed the neighborhood - beautiful trees and friendly neighbors. Very expensive, however!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Blessing. The house is very close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and master shower/vanity are newer and the rest of the house is not. Overall, the house needs a deep cleaning - rugs/windows/kitchen drawers. We were disappointed that the backyard was dirt - no grass - so we were really unable to enjoy it. Overall, it was a decent house that needs a bit of work to make it the "5-star" property they present it as.

Very nice property - great location

We were very happy with this property. The house was recently renovated with high end finishes and had all of the amenities we needed, and then some. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The property managers were constantly in touch and made us feel very welcome.

Fantastic Cottage for Families

We had a wonderful weekend at the Beach Blessing! We had a terrific stay in this well appointed cottage. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed and well organized (fantastic appliances!). The large open living space was great for our toddler. Huge tv was a win for Football and the World Series. Very clean. Comfortable beds and nice baths. Fenced yard a huge plus. We loved our visit and will return. Thank you!!

Perfect house in perfect location

Great, clean and sleak house with state of the art appliances. We enjoyed our extended weekend family beach vacation. Beach within minutes of walking to - make sure to bring a beach buggy to make the trip to the beach easier. We most certainly will be back to this lovely home!

Our family had a great vacation week at a great IOP VRBO. House was extremely accommodating and we enjoyed family time. Walk was a bit further than we are used to but lived the screen porch and fabulous kitchen! Would highly recommend!

This house was in the best location. Good sized rooms and beautiful kitchen. One downside is was the AC was being weird and would sometimes be stuck on a hot temperature but they did come to fix it when we told them. We enjoyed the stay and will be back!
