Family Getaway!

We had an amazing time at this property! The condo was fully stocked, extra towels and blankets, fully stocked kitchen with 2 coffee makers. Beautiful view! You can walk right down to the pool or beach from the back porch. Right in the heart of all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!One piece of feedback that I shared with the management company was that the condo needs a deeper cleaning. You can tell that the condo is very used, under the beds and in the corners of the condo were very dusty, floor needs a deep cleaning.

Place was clean and is nice but shows some wear, eg shower door does not close fully. I asked for consideration on late departure due to no lights in one bathroom first night. received no reply except the standard already received text of policies. I was surprised to not even get the courtesy of a reply to my inquiry.

Great location! The condo could use a deep cleaning. Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned well and there were tons of gnats around the disposal in the kitchen.

Convenient property with a great view

We really enjoyed the convenience to the beach and the pool. The beach was crowded in front of the condo but we expected that since it was stated in other reviews. We just went down and set up early. We enjoyed the view from the condo and spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch overlooking the pool and beach. It was especially nice for my parents that are in their 80’s and my daughter and her 3 month old. We used the high top table a lot for meals, snacks and just enjoying the shaded view. ( A swing on the patio would be a great addition.) We liked being able to walk to the shops, restaurants, Coconut Joes for a drink and even the grocery store. We had 4 young adults with us that really enjoyed the area also. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We found the condo to be nicely decorated and well stocked. We had a great week and hope to return in the future.

Location is fantastic, unit was very clean. You will not get easier access to the pool/beach. Food and shopping walking distance across the street. Only issue was the pool closing for a "pump motor" problem. Nothing the owner could do about that. It was back up and running in a few days.

Fantastic Location and Clean Unit

This unit is perfect for a group: It's oceanfront with steps off the deck to the pool and beach access, and across the street from shops and great food. Every bed was comfortable, and the linens are wonderful. The kitchen was well-equipped (Keuring AND traditional coffee pot!) with a large table for everyone to share meals. The unit was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It was nice to walk-in with the lights on to greet us! There is ample parking and room for larger SUVs. This has been a favorite unit for us in the past, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The condo is in central Isle of Palms. Steps away from shops, restaurants and beach. Enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and sitting in the sun by the pool. Kitchen is well equipped including both a Keureg and drip coffee maker.
