Seascape 315 - Oceanfront Condo Overlooking Pool!

2026 Beach Update: Beach access directly in front of Seascape is closed.  Guests must use neighboring beach access.  The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Seascape 315 is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo on the third floor of the Seascape Villas community at Wild Dunes — and the views are exactly what the name suggests. The primary bedroom, living room, and private deck all face the ocean, with the Seascape oceanfront pool glittering directly below. It’s the kind of condo where guests spend half the day on the deck just watching the water and calling it the best afternoon they’ve had in years.

Recently renovated with modern finishes throughout, Seascape 315 is fresh, comfortable, and move-in ready. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are updated, and the layout works beautifully for couples, small families, and friend groups alike. An elevator in the building makes it accessible for all ages, and Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, dining, and bike trails are all within easy reach.

Please note: Beach erosion is temporarily affecting direct beach access at Seascape. Depending on your visit dates, guests may need to use a neighboring beach access path — a short walk away.

Seascape 315 guests have exclusive access to the Seascape Villas oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!
