The Property
There's nothing like staying in a remodeled vacation rental, and we're here to tell you that this home is full of excellent features to offer that added touch of luxury to your holiday, while still retaining the older beach cabin charm that's hard to find! When you stay at this small beach bungalow, you will have a memorable experience!

The house greets you with a large sunroom where you may enjoy your morning coffee or meet with your fellow vacationers for a fantastic place to chat. The main living space has soft seats; here you may relax and use the TV's smart features to stream your favorite shows, or simply read a good book by the windows that let in natural light.

This property includes a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful design and plenty of practicality, as well as spacious counters and high-quality stainless-steel appliances, including a regular coffee maker! A wooden dining table may seat your guests and provide a location for you to take your meals indoors, from short breakfasts to sit-down evenings.

This home's three bedrooms make it ideal for family holidays or celebration excursions with friends. The first bedroom has one queen bed, while the second has one custom built bunk bed. The master bedroom features a queen bed as well as a private half bath. Showering facilities are shared by all three bedrooms. Free high-speed Wi-Fi makes it simple to connect your devices!

Every bedroom has a flat-screen television with smart features. Please keep in mind that cable is supplied only on the living room tv, therefore you will need to bring your own firestick, Roku, or similar device to watch your favorite shows and movies in the bedrooms.

Outdoors, there's a table and chairs, perfect for an outside dinner with loved ones. Large front and back lawn where you may play frisbee while cooking lunch or dinner on the gas grill after a day at the beach.

Located just 15 miles east of Charleston, this barrier island offers an idyllic setting and plenty of activities to enjoy. Whether you're seeking adventure, relaxation, or a combination of the two, there are lots of things to do in Isle of Palms, SC.

Start your day with a morning stroll along the stunning beach. The warm sand and ocean breeze make for a soothing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You'll love collecting seashells, swimming in the shallow waters, and watching for dolphins.

If you're looking for a bit more excitement, then head over to Isle of Palms County Park. This beachfront park has a wide variety of recreational activities, including hiking trails, playgrounds, and sand volleyball courts. You can also take out a kayak or paddleboard and explore the area.

In the evening, you can explore the nightlife of Isle of Palms. There are several restaurants to choose from, offering everything from seafood to tacos. After dinner, check out one of the bars or local breweries for a drink and live music.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

This home is dog friendly to non-shedding breeds only (proof of breed is required). One dog is considered with a $250 pet fee, applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Nice home. Everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, great yard for our dogs (supervised). There is one low point in the fence behind the garage where a dog can easily jump over. Watch your dog.
