The space
2 blocks from the beach only a 5 minute walk! 9 minute walk to the Isle of Palms Rec Center with lighted pickleball/tennis courts, indoor/outdoor basketball, playground, picnic shelter, walking trail, a soccer field and baseball/softball field & batting cages. 3 blocks to Grocery Store and restaurants.
