Guests enter Sun, Sea and Stars through the back door of this elevated home. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy foyer that connects you to four of the home's en suite bedrooms, a laundry room, a stairwell to the second floor and a stairwell down to the backyard, pool & patio. On the second floor of the home, you will find an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, living room and dining room. You'll also find the home's primary suite on the second floor, a half bathroom and a covered porch accessible through the kitchen. Every bedroom in the house has its own private bathroom. Follow the staircase to the third floor to find a half bathroom and access to the roof deck. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of Sun, Sea and Stars two exterior balconies -- one on the ground floor off of the first floor master suite and one on the second floor of the home off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway & garage for up to 5 cars is included in the rental rate. No more than 5 cars may be parked on the property at anytime.
Sun, Sea and Stars is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
