Overview:
Welcome to Port O Call C201. This one bedroom oceanfront vacation home has wonderful views that can be enjoyed from the living room, the bedroom and the screened porch. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dining table for four.

Living Area:
The freshly updated living room has large windows that allow the sun to shine in provided expansive ocean views. There’s access from the living room to the comfortable screened in porch.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stacked washer and dryer. There’s a table that seats four and a breakfast bar that seats two.

Bedrooms:
The bedroom has a king size bed and a wonderful ocean and pool view. There’s access from the bedroom to the porch. There’s also a twin bed located just outside of the bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, with access from the bedroom and the hall.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the cool ocean breeze on your screened in porch. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a cold drink at the end of the day. The ocean view can’t be beat!

Amenities:
Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, Keurig and regular coffee maker.
The community pool and the beach are just steps away.

We had never been to the Isle of Palms. Beautiful place to visit! It is important to note that golf cart rentals are not allowed at this location. We were hoping to rent one to explore the island but no one would rent to us. We rented bikes instead which was still fun! First of all the place was very clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. The view on the back porch is lovely. The location of the condo is also great! We have stayed at a ton of VRBO properties and this was the first time that we had a kitchen without anything in it. Maybe we have been spoiled, but it is such a nice touch when there is enough coffee to get you through at least your first morning. I wouldn't have minded paying an extra 10-20 dollars to have some coffee pods or an extra roll of toilet paper. There was only 1 roll for a 5 day stay. We stopped at the grocery store to get waters and a few other necessesities but make sure you get everything you need. There are no beach towels either. If we knew in advance we would have brought them. I reached out a couple days before we left and asked if we needed them and never got a response. The other thing that was frustrating was the 10 emails with forms and signatures that we needed to stay there. Copies of photo id's contracts etc etc. I found it a bit much. Overall, I think we would have had a better experience if we knew what we know now. I think the listing needs to be updated to include these details. I hope this helps the next guests. Thank you!

Simple paradise

It was so nice to stay somewhere quiet that all you can hear is the ocean. Also having a mattress so nice that you don’t need to go to the chiropractor while on vacation. It felt like home but with an ocean view and sound. The pool was not crowded which was great for our infant. 10/10 will stay here again.

Wonderful beach condo

This was our second time staying in this condo. It is exactly like the photos and is so, so close to the beach. The screened porch makes morning coffee or evening wine delightful and bug-free. Everything in the condo worked as expected and communication with the rental company was very good.
