POOL, ROOF DECK, ELEVATOR, 5 MIN TO THE SURF!!!

AVALON BY THE SEA is a spacious 4 bed/4.5 bath, 3,375sqft home with a pool located on a quiet street (23rd Avenue) just a few (3-4) minute walk to the beach. You pass 4 houses to Palm Blvd with a designated beach path. If you rent a golf cart, my suggestion is to go to 25th Avenue where there is a cross walk and lots of parking for the beach. Beach is always quiet during the week. There is a playground, basketball, and tennis courts a few blocks away on 27th Ave.

The home has 11 ft. ceilings, cherry floors throughout, and custom paneled walls.
The pool is adjacent to the spacious living, dining and kitchen area on the second floor. The backyard is partially fenced & very private. The roof top deck has a large stairway to relax and enjoy the sunsets (with 4 chairs). The "L" shape pool (not heated) is located on the second floor. The pool is not heated. There is a large wood paneled elevator to help with groceries or easy access to upper levels. Shower in the garage. Recently purchased dining table that seats 10 as well as new living room furniture.

For those that love to cook, we have a gourmet chefs kitchen that features everything needed to prepare a wonderful meal . There are 2 ovens, 5 burner professional gas range, huge Kitchen Aid refrigerator and gorgeous granite. Additional fridge in the garage. Loads of baking dishes, sauté pans, huge pot for corn, crock pot, extra large waffle iron, hard anodized cookware, Keurig and regular coffee pots.

We have high speed internet, 5 flat screen smart TVs. No cable.

Two bedrooms, each with king beds (one king primary suite on the first floor with the other 3 bedrooms upstairs) with huge bathrooms. Kids bedroom with bunk bed and two single beds. The fourth bedroom w/queen bed and trundle which becomes two singles. Each bedroom has a full bath - there is a powder room located off the large foyer. Pack n'play, toddler bed and queen aero bed. Toys for the younger kids.

*Cleaning info: In addition to the professional cleaning, we provide starter essentials such as two bath towels per person (not beach towels) along with 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person. We also provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two dish detergent pods, one roll paper towels, two laundry pods, and a few trash bags. For longer stays, please plan to bring or purchase more of these items to accommodate your group for the week. There is a well-stocked grocery store on the island less than a mile away, as well as a butcher shop and a seafood shop. There is not a daily cleaning service, but there is a washer and dryer for your use.
