Access this first-floor unit easily via elevator or by walking up one flight directly from the parking lot. Inside, the spacious living area is filled with natural light and features a queen-size sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors lead to a large private balcony overlooking the pool, complete with outdoor dining, beautiful sunrise views, and convenient walk out access to the pool and beach paths.
The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen and dining area comfortably seat six, making meals at home effortless. The condo offers two king bedroomsâa primary suite, and a guest bedroom that also includes a full-size sleeper sofaâalong with two full ensuite bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combination. The primary bathroom features dual sinks, while the guest bathroom also serves the hallway.
Thoughtful comforts are found throughout the unit, including in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a built-in wall safe. Extra touches like board games, books, and even a Ms. Pac-Man wall
game add a fun and memorable touch to your stay.
Two parking spaces are included with your stay, and guests enjoy easy access to Wild Dunes dining, golf courses, the marina, and scenic bike paths. Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- This home features two sleeper sofas.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally from April - Sept and is not heated.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, salon, or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beachâor the entire beachâmay be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- 2 parking spots available in the building lot.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
