Guests access Sparkling Sea through the front door on the front porch. Once you enter the door, you will find the entryway that connects to the stairway to the upper floor, the lower level guest bedroom, a hallway bathroom and the kitchen, living room & dining area. The primary suite is located off of the living room. You may access the expansive screened porch from the dining area & living room, and you may access the private deck with swing chair from the primary suite. The stairway to the upper level connects you the upstairs king suite, the bunk bedroom suite, a guest bedroom and den. A stacked washing machine & dryer are located near the primary suite. Please note guests may not use the fireplace on the screened porch.
Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.
