Place was great, accommodating. Criticisms include: Internet was a bit iffy. Floors were sandy as were beds. Carpet on porch was pretty gross. Not enough trash bags. And as we were leaving a cockroach crawled out from the cabinet where the pans were as we went to cook eggs.

Family Fall Break Getaway

We wanted a convenient location near the beach and easy to get to from the city. This property had everything we needed! Clean, plenty of sleeping space, quick access to the beach and easy check in and checkout. The pier access was wonderful and the kids enjoyed the pool! Highly reccomend and will book again next time in the area!

Perfect location!

Nice property and ideal location. It was just a short walk to all our favorite restaurants and right across from the beach access trail. Could not have asked for a better spot!

Great spot by the ocean!

Beautiful condo with super easy access to all of the town. Walking to the beach takes about 5 min. Same for all the restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the grocery was a great benefit too.

Escaping the MN WInter

Great location near the ocean, nice accommadations, easy access to many tourist destinations and the city of Charleston. Never needed to touch base with management as everything was as described and instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Would definetly recommend.

Close to everything

Clean, pretty well equipped location close to beach and IOP restaurants. First experience with Island Reality - would use them again. They were great with communication. Would rent this property again.

Great spot. Updated condo. 2 bathrooms were key.

We really enjoyed the condo at the beach compared to staying at the hotel in town. Nicely updated floors and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. 2 suggestions: extra towels and towel bars, and a bureau to put clothes away. But we’re glad we chose to stay here.

Nice condo

Clean, well stocked condo within walking distance of the beach, fishing pier, shops & restaurants. A very nice grocery store and liquor store is also within walking distance. The pool at sea cabins was a little nicer than the pool with this condo and I think it should’ve been easier to use both. My only complaint; no in-condo laundry, but I knew that ahead of time and sent everything out to the close by laundromat for washing. Overall a very nice stay.

Nice Location

Nice location, decent place to stay. We had noisy neighbors that kept us awake late one night. Only problem was the rate was raised by Island Realty after we received our confirmation from VRBO - no one was willing to fix the problem. Taking it to SC attorney general for review.

Great for Families

Great place, we have stayed at this group group of a condos a few times. Good access to the beach and amenities. If on the third floor, be aware there is no elevator. If you're traveling with small children, it can be a lot to haul your luggage to the top. But otherwise, a great place!!

Nice place

This property was nice and a short walk to the ocean. There were a couple small issues. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and would not open. They were also really dusty. The master bath hand towel holder was not secure and fell onto the counter with every hand drying. The remote was missing in the second bedroom, but we were able to use the master remote.

Closer to beach than we were expecting

Good location overlooking pool, with a half inch view of the ocean. Super easy walk to beach. Great pool community. Loved that we could use the pool and pier of adjacent property. 2 minute walk to all the shops and dining with live music. Great place to stay. Tv in master bedroom was not working.

Perfect location close to everything

Perfect getaway for the week! We did have a hornets nest on the balcony and maintenance took care of it immediately! Great spot and we'll definitely be booking here again!

Clean and convenient

The condo was very clean and overlooked the pool. It really was a quick walk to the beach, crossing the street with a small child and beach supplies was no issue. I saw some reviews complained of the traffic crossing the street. We did not have that issue crossing at the designated crosswalks of course. The only negative is you are right by public access so the beach was packed. Not the IOP we are used to, so while the condo was great and location was great, we prefer just a bit less of the hustle and bustle. Still great pool and beautiful beach!

Another great week at the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is perfect for me and my family: small view of ocean, deck over the pool, and on the second floor. The laid back comfort - as opposed to more elegant furnishings - is great for spending relaxing time at the beach. Will request the same spot again! A few extra kitchen trash bags would have been helpful, but the proximity to Harris Teeter makes that okay too.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought we were going to Hilton Head Island due to miscommunication on initial booking. However, the disappointment dissipated when we saw how convenient this location was to site seeing in Charleston, great restaurants, groceries, and how warm the water and beaches were the whole time we were on our trip. Plus, this location saved us thousands of dollars versus HHI. Truly a great value.
