Beautiful and convenient location! It was exactly as described. We had a great time. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend. Do keep in mind that this is 3rd floor and there is no elevator if someone in your party is limited in managing steps.

Perfect oceanside get away

We came for a family wedding. Beachfront property was great! Great views, great pool and great access to restaurants and bars. Would suggest stocking beachtowels along with the assortment of great neachtoys!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at 311A. The only problem we encountered is that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and 2 opened beer bottles under the bunk bed. The location is great for walking any to shops and restaurants. The private pier was great for watching the sun rise, and the private beach access was great, too.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at similar condos for years now, and this was one of the best. We cook all our meals in the condo, and the kitchen was well-equipped to do so. The condo had nice beach chairs included as well. The one down side was there was not much sun on the deck--all morning/early afternoon it is blocked by the roof and then in the late afternoon it is just there for a few hours before it goes down again. If you like to sit on the deck in the sun, this is not the unit for you. Otherwise, it was great!

I don't know if I will stay here again for that reason. I don't want on 1st floor because you have no ocean view.
