Inside the property, an interior glass wall, large windows and patio doors bring in an abundance of natural light creating a bright and spacious feel. The open plan living area, with comfortable furnishings, allows guests to fully enjoy their holiday together. The well-equipped kitchen area has a small breakfast bar and the dining area provides seating for eight people. French doors lead from the dining area to the very large, sunny, south facing decked area where there are tables and chairs for dining al fresco, or just open the doors and bring the outside in. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms (three en-suite), making this a very comfortable holiday home for eight guests to enjoy. The large upstairs galleried landing has sofas and chairs with a TV and French doors leading out to a balcony. This is a great area for children or teens to have their own space, or just a quiet area to relax and read a book.
A short walk brings you to the shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, the beach, childrenâs play barn and the golf club in Brodick. Alternatively hire bikes from the Auchrannie Resort and explore the island on two wheels. This luxurious villa in its central location, with fantastic amenities on your doorstep, is a fabulous place for families and friends to enjoy their Arran holiday.
