Experience the serenity of nature at the newly renovated The Buffalo River House cabin, perfectly situated on the Buffalo River’s edge. This spacious retreat features 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread across over 3300 square feet, offering breathtaking river views and ample room for large groups or family getaways.

After a day of exploration, gather in the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with high-end appliances and plenty of cookware. Unwind by the fire pit or enjoy a soak in the brand-new hot tub under the stars. Entertainment is plentiful with Smart TVs in each bedroom and three of the four living areas.

The Buffalo River House is designed for year-round enjoyment. In winter, relax by the propane fireplace after a thrilling day of snowmobiling or ATVing on nearby trails. In the warmer months, enjoy fishing in the Buffalo River or nearby spots like Island Park Reservoir, Henrys Lake, and Henrys Fork. Yellowstone National Park's west entrance is just a short 35-minute drive away.

The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests, offering a variety of bedding options including king, queen, twin, and bunk beds. Two washers and dryers make laundry easy, and conveniences like WiFi, a dishwasher, three refrigerators, and a gear-friendly garage enhance your stay. Note that air conditioning is available only in the upstairs king bedroom; ceiling and floor fans and the fresh mountain air will keep you cool during summer.

Families with young children will appreciate the two provided pack-and-plays (please bring your own linens).

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to the tongue and groove. Due to liability, we do not provide kayaks, paddleboards, or fishing equipment.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
