Lakeview Lodge is your Island Park Reservoir + Yellowstone home base—sleeping up to 20 guests across 5 bedrooms and packed with everything you came for! Soak in the hot tub under the stars, take the kayaks out on the reservoir, and settle in for game room battles with air hockey and foosball. There’s a wood-burning fire pit and a huge wraparound deck for grilling and hanging out! You’ll also have access to private community boat launches + Yellowstone is just 34 miles away for easy day trips!

From the second you walk in, Lakeview Lodge just feels like a good time! It’s bright, open, and finished with modern wood and pine accents that give it that clean mountain look without feeling heavy or outdated.

The main living area is built for gathering—comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and plenty of room for everyone to hang out without being on top of each other. The kitchen is a major highlight, with a massive island, bar seating, and everything you need to cook for a crowd (or just lay out snacks and drinks and call it a day).

This home is spread across three levels, which means you can actually have 20 people here and still feel like you have your own space. Upstairs, the loft is its own zone with a queen bed, two twins, a TV, and a lounge area—perfect for kids, teens, or anyone claiming it early.

Head downstairs and it turns into full hangout mode. You’ve got a second living area with leather seating, another TV, plus air hockey and foosball ready to go. There are also multiple bunk rooms down here, making it the ideal setup for groups.

And yes—there’s even a hidden loft nook for kids to climb into and make their own hangout spot!

Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and property, including all indoor living spaces, the game room, decks, hot tub, and outdoor areas. You’ll also have access to the nearby private community boat launch ramps and lakeside park!

There is no garage onsite, but there is plenty of parking available on-site, including space for trailers.

The two closest major airports are Bozeman, MT and Idaho Falls, Idaho. There is also a small West Yellowstone Airport.

Notes:

- Two kayaks are available for guest use—guests must bring their own life jackets.

- The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a ton of open, grassy space around it, so it feels private, relaxed, and easy.

- Winter Advisory: Roads are maintained but the wind and snow in the fall, winter and Spring can be unpredictable. We HIGHLY recommend an AWD vehicle in the Fall, Winter and Spring.
