Bay Harbour is a gated community located at MM 77.5 bayside in Islamorada, FL.

We are new owners of this condo that has never been in the rental pool. (that is why few reviews)
Complete remodel with no expense spared!

The location is quiet with the most beautiful blues and greens to make you feel like you have arrived in paradise, without actually leaving the country.

This Immaculate and spacious three bedroom condominium has plenty of room to spread out with gourmet kitchen and exquisite ocean views!

The Great room has expansive glass doors overlooking the ocean, queen sleeper sofa and large flat panel tv.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances and Quartz counters. There is a full-size washer and dryer right in the condo. , Wi-Fi, scanner, printer, just bring your laptop.

Watch the sunrise in the morning and manatees in the afternoon, from your private screened terrace. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa. . All this plus private deep water protected 31'dock with lift (please note $300 dock fee).
$700 per week holiday rate for slip.

Across the street is a walking, fishing, kite boarding, windsurfing beach. Within a mile is beautiful Anne's beach. Rent a boat, kayaks or paddle board, and it can be delivered right to your 31' boat dock with lift.

Dockage is $300 per week. Sorry no trailer parking on site. (try Seabird marina).

A Month of Controlled Chaos

The property was better than expected. We were very pleased with the location and amenities. Why 'controlled chaos'? Because of the four weeks we stayed, three of those were with family!! LOL They all had a great time and my finance and I were hosts. There was always something going on, which is great if you are an active person wanting to keep on the go each day, but we wanted to relax! This was our choice. The area was amazing including: the pool, the BBQ area, the workout room, the manicured surroundings of the four buildings, etc. We had to get used to the road noise, as our building was closer to the road (bldg C), but was quickly forgotten when watching the sunrises and views of the small boat docks. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo

This property was wonderful. It has been completely remodeled and the owners did a wonderful job. We had an amazing stay here!! The lanai/porch is screened in and has a wonderful view of the Atlantic. We spent quite a bit of time out them during our visit. The condo's location is great and it's close to many restaurants and local attractions. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub during our stay. The common areas are clean and very relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments, coffee filters, olive oil, a variety of tea and storage bags/foil/plastic wrap. It was so nice having those supplies available to us. Also, there is an ice machine in the condo. So, there was always plenty of ice available to us. It was also great that they had an abundance of beach towels. We used them on several occasions. FYI there is a fish market on Overseas Highway before you turn to get to the condo.We went there one day and bought fish from them and used the condo's grill (by the pool) to cook the fish. It was very good and worth purchasing. There were a couple of things we wished the condo had: a pitcher for making drinks, a cooler for day trips, maybe a couple of beach chairs and a air pump (so we could blow up the volleyball and soccer ball that is in the condo. They both were flat). These are minor things and would not change my decision of whether or not to stay in this unit.

We were down visiting our son and it was the perfect spot for our boat with bait and gas across the canal and an incredible beach less than a mile away by boat. Place was very nice and roomy and the property manager was great.

we had a wonderful stay! this was our second stay in this unit and we all enjoyed the pool, dock, gym, location, and the fact that everything was family friendly.. our grandsons want to know when we are coming back and that is a big plus for us.

A wonderful vacation

The condo is in a great location to explore the Florida Keys. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of extra linens and the kitchen is stocked perfectly with everything you need to cook. There are not any delivery options in the area, so be sure to grab groceries on the way! The pool was great for the kids, and the patio overlooking the water was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The couch could use replacing, but other than that, it was perfect place for our family to stay for the week. We will definitely be back to this gem.

Islamorada Condo

Condo was very clean and spacious. The Sunroom was large and had wonderful views. The kitchen was well equipped. The grounds and pool were also well maintained. Only thing I would change is having a vacuum, with three kids cleaning up after meal would have been easier with a vacuum.

Outstanding Property!

The property was amazing.. The patio was utilized every morning for coffee and beautiful views. Although beach access was very limited the area offered great restaurants, shops, and sights to see. Would definitely stay in this place again.

Wow! Perfect place for the Keys!

Spent a week here (3 couples) and had a fantastic time! The property is AMAZING; Clean, roomy, fully furnished and equipped, great beds, great parking, perfect balcony for morning and night ocean viewing. Perfect location for a base camp in the Keys. We explored from Key West to Tavernier, and this property was located just perfectly. Close to a bunch of great restaurants and night spots! Communication with Jennifer was timely, accurate and complete. Can't think of a better place to call "home" while in the Keys....we're definitely coming back!

This was my first time planning out family vacation. Lots of pressure. the property is beautiful. Even prettier in person than the photos show. Everything is so convenient: covered parking, the pool, the dock, the storage closet in the garage with a freezer for you catch and bait. Oh yes and the large covered and screened patio. We all agreed this is our favorite and will stay again next summer. The only thing that could have made it better would be to catch more fish. Jennifer was fantastic. She knew this vacation planning was stressful for me and never hesitated or delayed answering my questions. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Spring Break

Great property. Everything brand new. Very spacious. We had family of 5 and had plenty of room and didn’t even use one of the bedrooms because the kids loved the bunks. We rented a boat and used the slip right in front of the condo which was very convenient. Great location as well as we boated every day and were right around the corner from white marlin beach where we threw anchor a lot. Also close to other Islamorada spots. Kids also loved fishing off the docks in marina, seeing tarpon troll around, as well as frequent visits by manatees.

Absolute Paradise

This property was so nice for families, has the boat lift for your boat, and was a main contributor to an excellent vacation. Just a little info about the inside, very plush beds - bunk beds for the kids, completely renovated to 5 star status, super clean, large smart TV’s, electric blinds, ice machine, great patio, pool and hot tub right outside front door. Oh and you can see manatees and literally catch snapper and tarpon off dock- we saw the neighbors kids do it. I liked it so much I am looking at buying a property down there. Jennifer is great to work with and communicates great too!
