The first room has 2 single beds, the main room 1 queen and one single bed, both rooms with bathroom, in the living room 2 sofas that can be used as single mattresses and also has a full bathroom, additionally we could put an inflatable mattress to fit up to 8 people.

We have air conditioners in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in the living room, dining room and kitchen.

There is no air conditioning in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Only in the rooms.

The condo has security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are in common areas and it is to reinforce the security of the condominium.

The house is constantly fumigated, but it is surrounded by jungle, you may find some mosquitoes, flies, quijas, or some other insect.

There is construction in the condominium so there may be noise, dust and personnel working in the area.

The island is a place full of magic and good vibes, but it is also growing and the electricity / water / internet may go out at times, although it is not usually or for a long time, take into account that it can happen during your stay and it is something general of the whole island, it is not exclusive to this house.

The price already considers these factors.
